THE DARKLIGHT MANIFESTO: OUR BINDING CODE
In the vacuum of space, the only thing with weight is a Citizen’s word and the loyalty of their crew. We do not fly for a flag, a corporation, or a crown. We fly for the person in the seat next to us.

I. THE ADVENTURE WITHOUT LIMITS
We refuse to be defined by a single career. Whether it is the precision of Bounty Hunting, the patience of Salvage and Mining, or the grit of Mercenary work, we embrace every prospect. If there is UEC to be made or a mystery to be solved, the Club will be there.

II. THE BROTHERHOOD PROTOCOL
We operate as a single, unbreakable unit. We share the risk, the reward, and the responsibility. In Exploration or Hauling, no member is left behind, and no cargo is worth more than a friend’s life. We are a family fueled by fire and friendship.

III. THE FREELANCE SOVEREIGNTY
We answer to no one but ourselves. We take the missions we want, when we want. From Trading the high-sec lanes to Investigations in the lawless dark, we maintain our independence through excellence.

IV. THE CIRCLE OF TRUST
Darklight is a sanctuary. We grow only by invitation, ensuring that every new voice strengthens our bond rather than dilutes it. We play hard, we laugh louder, and we keep the “social” in the center of the “Club.”

THE DARKLIGHT CHARTER: THE FOUNDATION
This Charter serves as the definitive code of conduct for the DARKLIGHT EXCLUSIVE CLUB. It is the bridge between our shared history and our future adventures, ensuring that while our missions change, our culture remains unbreakable.

ARTICLE I: SOVEREIGNTY & MEMBERSHIP

1. THE INVITE-ONLY PRINCIPLE:
Membership is a privilege, not a right. New prospects must be vouched for by an existing member and undergo a trial period to ensure a cultural fit.

2. THE “CLUB” IDENTITY:
We are a social collective first. While we operate with professional precision, our primary goal is the enjoyment of the ‘Verse and the strengthening of our friendships.

3. AUTONOMY:
Every member retains the right to suggest missions and ventures. We are adventurers, not a hierarchy or dictators.

ARTICLE II: OPERATIONAL CONDUCT

1. VERSATILITY MANDATE:
No member is “just” a pilot or “just” a miner. We encourage cross-training in all loops from Bounty Hunting and Mercenary combat to Salvage, Crafting, and Trading.

2. THE “NO LIMIT” DOCTRINE:
We do not restrict ourselves to one corner of the ‘Verse. We operate wherever the adventure takes us, from the high-security lanes of Stanton to the lawless reaches of Pyro.

3. EQUIPMENT & LOGISTICS:
Club resources, ships, and resources are shared assets during group operations. We maintain our fleet together to ensure we are always mission-ready.

ARTICLE III: THE BROTHERHOOD OATH

1. LEAVE NO CITIZEN BEHIND: Whether in a downed ship on a frozen moon or trapped in a firefight during an Investigation, the safety of the crew is the absolute priority.

2. CONFLICT RESOLUTION:
Disagreements are handled privately and with respect. We value the “Social” in our name; drama is the only enemy we cannot defeat with a railgun or Boom-Choob.

3. SHARED PROSPERITY:
Spoils from group missions (salvage, mining ore, or bounty contracts) are distributed fairly, ensuring every contributor is rewarded for their time and risk.

ARTICLE IV: THE OFF-DUTY CLAUSE

1. THE SOCIAL CORE:
We recognize that the best moments happen between missions. We prioritize “Social Club” hours time dedicated to relaxing, hardware talk, and simply enjoying the atmosphere of the ‘Verse without the pressure of a grind.
