BACKGROUND
Founded by veterans of the UEE Navy to continue their service to the Empire, the Dark Star Imperium operates as a mercenary corporation within the UEE. DSI stands ready to defend its home systems from both internal and external threats. It is a militaristically focused force dedicated to self-sufficient operations and contracted naval work. While DSI will not operate against the UEE by Charter, all legal contracts will be fulfilled honorably.

ORIGINS
After a pitched battle that left their ship crippled, the UEES Crimson Talon returned home to the Sol system. After the ship was decommissioned, the surviving crew founded the Dark Star Imperium. A Mercenary Corporation focused on providing auxiliary support to the UEE Navy, lending firepower, experience, and most importantly, deniability for clandestine operations. DSI employs those who aim to further the reach of humanity and make a fortune in the process.

The Dark Star Imperium is an org full of active duty and military veterans; we are thick-skinned and believe that we all get out what we put into the community. Our goals are to have fun as a group, PvP whenever, and wherever possible. Not taking anything too seriously unless the situation requires. If you are looking for a laid-back gaggle of warrior nerds and their friends to pew pew with, or this sounds fun, then you belong here!

DSI is a dedicated community of US Veterans who assist in using gaming as an outlet and therapy for war-time defenders. We have assisted hundreds of veterans in achieving VA benefits and medical assistance over the years; we firmly believe that even one veteran’s suicide is too many and offer support services and a caring community for them.

Charter

OPERATIONAL POLICIES

1. DSIN is a military focused Mercenary Organization dedicated to the protection of the UEE, Piracy and privateer work is not authorized excepting contracts focused against the declared enemies of the UEE

2. Each member of DSIN will conduct themselves professionally and courteously in all engagements, hostile or peaceful.

3. A contract will be fulfilled to the best of the ability of all members of DSIN and once completed the contract will be paid in full.

4. All members of DSIN will receive commendation and promotion befitting their contribution to the Org

5. Any and all members of DSIN will abide by the ToS of Star Citizen and affiliated games
