Your enjoyment of and success in the ‘Verse is highly dependent on those around you – we want to make sure you have the right people and opportunities to pursue and achieve greatness.

Founded in response to the need for enhanced gameplay, a higher standard of organizational culture, and to disrupt the existing organizational landscape, Eclypse strives to offer you the opportunities to help create and usher in a new era of emergent gameplay.
These are the beginnings of a new organization in its startup phase. Joining at this phase of growth is not for everyone, but to those who are eager, who are primed for an adventure, and who are ready to leave a legacy, we welcome you.
Take a look at the following sections for a complete organizational picture of Eclypse:
Manifesto: Our Venture and Guiding Principles.
Charter: Roadmap and Looking Toward the Future
We plan to ensure that every applicant is carefully vetted, interviewed, and aligns with the founding principles of the organization. Short interviews will be conducted over voice chat (Discord) to help us get a feel for your priorities, your motivations in the game, and ultimately to determine if you believe we are the right group for you.
Not everyone we interview will be a culture fit, but we want to make sure everyone in the group is excited to play with, can rely on, and strives to push each other to help realize their full potential. We’re looking for individuals that are driven, innovative, and are excited to grow an organization with some of the most ambitious players the ‘Verse has to offer.
Achieving greatness won’t be done alone, and we plan to seek out and utilize other organizations and their strengths. Similar to vetting our applicants, we plan to ensure that we only make strategic and high-value partnerships, and establish relationships with organizations that we can rely on and who can rely on us for organized gameplay, operations, intel, networking, and commerce.
The success of the organization relies on us upholding our guiding principles, especially it’s core focus on consistent gameplay. While we highly encourage individuals to set up their own sessions to engage with each other, the organization plans to set a foundation of regularly scheduled sessions, including in-game missions, skirmishes, and small- and large-scale operations. We also plan to give and receive direct feedback from individuals, identify markers for what works and doesn’t, and iterate on past mistakes to make future ventures enjoyable.
Eclypse, as an organization, seeks to do the following:
The game is a giant sandbox, and we want to make the most of it. Few organizations do this well, but we value your time and want to keep you engaged. Consistent gameplay and scheduled operations, all while interacting with players you actually are excited to play with. We want to use what’s available to us to create our own content and emergent gameplay, to go above and beyond the current alpha state, and bring fresh and innovative ideas to leave a significant impact in the world around us.
Ambitious, driven, and reliable. From team gameplay to cross-organization operations, we want to ensure you experience the game with some of the best people in the ‘Verse. The best people aren’t necessarily the top of the leaderboard, but people who consistently push themselves to be world-class. They seek to continually improve their skills (dogfighting, ground combat, etc), interact and collaborate effectively with their team, and take the extra effort to make those around them better.
You’ll only get as much out of the organization as you put in to it, but expect to celebrate big wins, and to do it together. We seek to move fast, fail fast, and constantly iterate as a group. Direct feedback is key and applies to every person and all levels in the organization. Ultimately, we want to win, and win together. Whether it’s coming out on top in combat or dominating the free-market and trade, we’ll ensure that we have the right people and right partnerships to do so.
While this doesn’t detail every single nuance and plan for the group, it does highlight the general direction of the organization and what it plans to achieve (all versions and phases of the organization are subject to change):
