History
Eden LLC was formed in 2950 by two friends to answer a growing demand for minerals and recycled goods. With a refurbished RAFT and a shallow credit line, they established themselves at New Babbage, a city in the Stanton system, and proceeded to haul high-demand minerals and materials across the system. Their initial success soon left the pair looking at ways of expanding the business.
In 2952, after two years of planning, Eden LLC announced its entry into the mining and salvage business. With an off-the-line Prospector and Vulture, the pair split their days between solo and team ventures to even greater success. Soon after, Eden LLC welcomed its first two new contractors. With a team of four keeping all ships active and profitable, there seemed to be no limit to what could be accomplished.
Today, in the year 2954, Eden LLC has grown to provide several contracted services and always welcomes a new idea. The founders realized that, while the pay was great, not everyone wanted to work a rig. Still committed to previous activities, the company began providing security, search and rescue, medical, and other logistical services for clients. These new additions in turn offered greater opportunities for new and existing contractors at the company.
Manifesto
Eden LLC is a company providing contracted mercantile and SAR services. The company is neutral in all matters and takes no political stance when executing the obligations or requirements of a contract. Active presence of company personnel is not indicative of support outside the limits of the current client’s credit line. Company contractors are unbiased professionals with only one interest, the contract.
Current mercantile operations include the extraction, refinement, transport, and sale of refined materials.
Current security operations include search and rescue, medical emergencies, protection, and escort for individuals.
Eden LLC reserves the right to terminate any contract should the details forming the basis of said contract prove to be dubious or illegal in nature.

Company contractors are not limited in affiliation with other organizations. Company policy states that contractors are expected to prioritize their signed agreement prior to engaging in other activities within or outside the company.
Company contractors are asked to refrain from any political or faction oriented combat that would reflect poorly on the company’s image. The company supports any contractors who come to the aid of those in need, contracted or otherwise, even if there is a negative and/or criminal outcome, as long as their original intent was of good nature.
Company contractors are expected to abide by local laws and governance. All known illegal activities are reviewed and reprimands given if found to be severe in nature.
