h1.Elite Horizon Legends Manifesto
h2.The Core Idea
Elite Horizon Legends exists for one reason: fly together, have fun, and follow the mood of the moment.
We’re not here to “optimize” the fun out of the game. We’re here to make the ‘verse feel alive-through shared stories, spontaneous plans, and crew moments that turn into memories.
h3.What We Believe
Fun is the objective. Progress is optional. Loot is a bonus.
Variety beats routine. We do what sounds good now, not what we “should” do.
People matter more than pixels. We protect the vibe, not egos.
Small crews, big moments. We’d rather have six solid people than sixty strangers.
Real life always wins. This org should relieve stress, not create it.
h3.What We Are
A casual, social, multi-activity crew.
A place where you can log in and say:
“What are we doing?” and the answer can honestly be anything.
h3.What We Are Not
Not a mandatory attendance group.
Not a rank-and-yell milsim.
Not a drama arena.
Not a recruitment machine.
Our One Rule
h6.Fly together. Have fun. Leave it better than you found it.
h1.Elite Horizon Legends Charter
h2.1) Purpose
Elite Horizon Legends is a casual organization focused on social crew play across any activity the group wants at the time: combat, industry, cargo, exploration, shenanigans, or just vibing in voice and testing ships.
h3.2) Membership Philosophy
Members MAY be as active or as quiet as they like.
Members MUST NOT be penalized for inactivity.
There are no quotas, no mandatory ops, and no required roles.
h3.3) Participation Rules (Zero Obligation by Design)
Events (if scheduled) are opt-in.
“RSVP” (if used) is a courtesy, not a contract.
Anyone MAY suggest an activity at any time.
The group SHOULD aim for inclusive decisions: quick polls, “who’s in?”, or “two squads split?”-whatever fits the moment.
h3.4) Culture & Conduct
This org runs on trust and vibe. Therefore:
Members MUST treat others with respect and keep communication non-toxic.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or deliberate disruption MUST NOT occur.
Members MUST follow Roberts Space Industries / Star Citizen Rules of Conduct when representing the org.
Disagreements SHOULD be handled calmly and privately when possible.
“Org vs org” drama MUST stay out of org spaces.
(These expectations mirror common community guideline structures: clear standards + scope + enforcement.)
h3.5) Communication Expectations
Voice comms MAY be used whenever helpful, but MUST NOT be forced.
Members SHOULD communicate clearly during higher-risk activities (e.g., escort, PvP exposure, multi-crew ops).
If someone is quiet, that’s fine-no pressure.
h3.6) Leadership Model
Leadership exists to enable fun, not to control people.
Leaders/admins MUST prioritize safety, fairness, and the org’s vibe.
Leaders MAY organize optional events, coordinate roles, and handle moderation.
Leaders MUST NOT introduce mandatory attendance, dues, or “performance requirements” without a full org vote and an exit-friendly transition period.
(“Leadership exists to maintain the charter and coordinate action” is a common charter pattern.)
h3.7) Conflict Resolution & Enforcement
When something goes wrong:
De-escalate first (pause, move channel, cool down).
Clarify intent and impact (short, factual).
Admin decision if needed.
Enforcement ladder (kept simple):
Verbal warning (documented)
Temporary mute/timeout (if applicable)
Removal from org spaces
Org removal for severe or repeated violations
This “clear expectations + consequences” approach is standard in healthy communities.
h3.8) Representation
Members MAY represent the org in public spaces.
Members MUST avoid behavior that creates reputational damage (toxicity, baiting, harassment).
If you’re having a bad day: step back-we’ll still be here tomorrow.
h3.9) Amendments
This Charter is a living document.
Changes SHOULD be proposed openly and remain lightweight.
Major changes to “no obligations / casual nature” MUST require a clear majority vote.
