We are the Sons and Daughters of Odin!
We are merchants and soldiers alike!
We will keep our honour even when others have lost theirs!

Leaders and initiates are Brothers alike and are treated as such, but rank and obedience will be our key to success!

Our smallest unit is a pair, never go on a mission or an errand without your Combat Brother/Sister, A pair keeps each others backs and are responsible for each other. Ranks will be a sign of just specifically ranks and not about how long you have played, we are all together in Einhärjar.

We have democracy when there is larger questions and we will have a council for signifcant matters.

Report problems to a High ranking member and we will deal with it ASAP.

What We Are Looking For:

People who wants to share in on an adventure! We will become the Vikings of the outer space, we will explore and offer our service for them willing to pay. We will act as a proud Brotherhood enbarking on a quest to reach the stars and prove our valor and bravery so that when we die we will be chosen by the Valkyries to be brought to the Great hall of Odin to feast in the realm eternal as a warrior of the æsir.

What we aim to Offer:

1. Mutual respect to everyone, member or ally. We will work together with our friends and allies to create an enjoyable experience in the Star Citizen Universe.
2. Community Impact.
3. Space Superiority. We will try to establish a well known reputation amongst the stars of endless star systems.

Einhärjar Mission

The Einhärjar Fleet’s overall goal is to have fun in Star Citizen. However, this does not mean that we will not strive to be one of the best. At launch, we plans to take over an area in space to establish our operations and expand.

Economy

By establish a base we will start farming resourses. This will be a trickle down effect, explorers to find the minerals, miners to extract, transports to move, and military to protect.

Military

Our fleet will be a home for any and all pilots that are like minded and drama free. One important aspect we will encourage is open divisions. While everyone will have a primary division, when duty calls, we plan on allowing our members to experience any and all of the game mechanics/specialties.

WE DO NOT ENGAGE ESCAPE PODS! Honour my friends, Honour!

Our esteemed leaders have summoned a conclave to put into writing the foundation of our Faith witch is as following.

General Rules and Expectations

• All Fleet members will, at all times, represent Einhärjar and follow the guidence of the Faith, We do not go OFF (off character), while interacting during missions or during interactions when Einhärjar is represented. This requirement does not extends to both the RSI and SCB forums but is adviced to create a fun organisation that will become legendary in the SC-verse. , as well as Teamspeak, and any other private communications mediums does not but in PUBLIC there is ON and not OFF character, represent the faith!

• Members are granted the right to rationally and maturely defend themselves, The Faith of Einhärjar and other affiliated members, and our allies from any defamatory, derogatory, disrespectful, or otherwise negative remarks wherever and whenever appropriate. It is important to note, however that members are still expected to act in a manner that will reflect positively not only upon themselves, but, by association.

• Members are cautioned to not take important matters related to Einhärjar into their own hands and are expected to refrain from making any comments or decisions that have not been previously approved by appropriate ranking Leaders.

• Members are charged with maintaining the integrity and privacy of information found within Einhärjar. Think OPSEC!
  Issues and concerns regarding any Einhärjar decisions, members, and allies must be, as soon as possible, brought to the attention of the AllFather or Staff member, in private (offline), who is next in your immediate chain of command.

• Members will avoid public confrontations or internal arguments at all costs as it reflects poorly upon not only you, but also upon Einhärjar.

• Members will respect one another and show each other kindness, understanding, tolerance, and patience.
  At all times, members of Einhärjar will show respect to them above in rank by listening to them and following their lead.

• NEVER undermine the authority of a ranking member AND never abuse you rank, we are all brothers in the Faith.

• Absolutely no racism, sexism, or any other forms of prejudice will be tolerated.

• Do not hasty reply to attacks or topics about Einhärjar on the RSI forums and remember that you are representing the whole faith, remember that words are not easily taken back. This is a rule and breaking it will result in either immediate dismissal from Einhärjar or will be dealt with as a duly designated elder sees fit.

Faith Rules and Guidelines:

• All members will, at all times, represent their allegiance to Einhärjar through the use of proper Einhärjar tags or other approved symbols.
  Under no circumstances can any Imperium member be a member of another fleet that are enemies of Einhärjar or might be one.

• Members are granted the right to defend themselves, Einihärjar, other fleet members, and our allies from any acts of aggression that may take place, remember that we do not start an unauthorised fight.

• If someone has the audacity to attack us, We will SMITE them HARD with vengence in our blood.

• Under no circumstances will it be deemed acceptable to engage allied forces.

• Piracy is not tolerated.

• Cheating and exploitation, whether through the use of third party programs or bugs found within the game, are highly unacceptable.

• members should take initiative and engage in tasks assigned to them.

• Members will follow the lead of their division officer / command team and complete assigned tasks.

• Members should take initiative and engage, when appropriate, in tasks assigned to other divisions.

• When working with another division, you are expected to adhere to their policies and protocols and to follow the lead of that particular division’s command team.

Heading TwoTeamspeak (TS) Rules, Expectations, and Guidelines:

• No mic spamming.
• No chatbox spamming.
• No excessive private messaging or poking of officers. Officers will get back to you when time permits.
• Do not give out any Fleet Teamspeak info to anyone who is not a member unless given explicit permission or direction to do so by an officer.
• If someone else is speaking, allow them to finish.
• Keep chat and links appropriate to the channel.
• Less civilized, not-exactly-appropriate, conversations should be moved to a designated channel.
• Stick to the appropriately assigned TS channels for your current game or activity. i.e. When playing Star Citizen do not form up in the Battlefield channel.
• Treat all guests with a welcoming and respectful attitude.
• Refer to General Rules listed above.
