Article I – Purpose & Commitment

Article II – Corporate Conduct & Expectations
Every member of Elyzion Corporation is a direct representative of our power and prestige. As such, strict adherence to corporate conduct is required at all times.

Section 1 – Loyalty & Internal Security
Elyzion comes first. The interests of the corporation outweigh personal ambitions.
Betrayal is met with severe consequences. Any act of corporate sabotage, espionage, or treason will be met with termination—both from employment and existence.
Confidentiality is key. Information regarding Elyzion’s operations, assets, and members is privileged and shall not be shared outside the organization.

Section 2 – Professionalism & Conduct
All members must operate with discipline and composure. Reckless behavior, excessive hostility toward allies, or disruption of corporate operations will not be tolerated.
Respect the chain of command. Orders given by superiors are expected to be followed unless they are proven to be against Elyzion’s interests.
Efficiency over emotion. Business comes before personal conflicts—professionalism must be maintained in all operations.

Article V – Asset Protection & Corporate Warfare
Elyzion maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the misuse, theft, or destruction of corporate resources.

Section 1 – Asset Management
All Elyzion property is corporate property. Ships, stations, and materials belong to the corporation first, and assigned personnel second.
Resource allocation follows merit. Members proving their worth will gain access to higher-tier assets and responsibilities.
Unauthorized use of corporate assets is grounds for disciplinary action. Any misuse will result in immediate consequences.

Failure to comply with Elyzion’s charter will result in disciplinary measures proportional to the offense. The Corporate Judiciary Panel (CJP) will oversee major violations.

• Verbal Warning – Minor infractions that require correction.
• Demotion – Removal of rank or privileges for failing to meet expectations.
• Asset Seizure – Confiscation of corporate-assigned ships, materials, or finances.
• Expulsion – Removal from Elyzion Corporation, with or without public notice.
• Hostile Termination – Marking the individual as an enemy of Elyzion, subject to asset seizure, retaliation, or termination.
