Exodus Raiders was formed by a group of experienced players who wanted an organization focused on organized piracy and contract-based mercenary work. Commander – Overall organization lead.
XO – Officers responsible for planning and coordination.
Squad Leads – Lead individual operations or ship crews.
Raiders – Full participants in org activities.
Recruits – Trial members under evaluation.
Advancement is based on participation, reliability, and performance.
6. Recruitment Guidelines
Exodus Raiders recruits selectively to maintain quality and cohesion.
General requirements:
Comfort with PvP and risk-based gameplay
Willingness to operate as part of a team
Functional microphone and communication ability
Respect for leadership decisions during ops
Recruits are evaluated during live operations before full membership.
7. Rules of Engagement
No attacking org members or approved allies.
Follow operation objectives unless otherwise directed.
Ransoms must be honored if paid.
Avoid random or unsanctioned actions that disrupt organized ops.
Final engagement decisions rest with operation leadership.
8. Loot & Profits
Loot distribution is defined before or during operations.
Organization assets take priority when declared.
Stealing from org members or the org is not tolerated.
9. Changes to This Charter
This charter may be updated by organization leadership as needed.
10. Agreement
By joining Exodus Raiders, members agree to follow this charter and operate within its guidelines.
