History
In 117 CE the Roman empire had stretched its borders reaching all the way to England accompanying two centuries of stability and prosperity. No empire no matter how vast can be sustained without becoming its own economic powerhouse. We took this belief and adopted it into our own company.

Charter
Rule 1: Dedicate yourself to improvement
Rule 2: Ask for help when you need it
Rule 3: Your time is your time, however if you are using company property for your own pursuits, you owe half credits to the company
Rule 4: We maintain a positive work attitude, if you have an issue please discuss it with HR immediately
Rule 5: NO Politics
Rule 6: Your either in or out. Once you leave the company there will not be an invitation to return
Rule 7: If you have better options pursue them, make yourself happy
Rule 8: Payscales are absolute, you will be assigned a pay scale based on your rankings. If there are any issues please contact HR.
Rule 9: We are not a union organization. Until such a time as it is required your salary and rank will reflect your contributions to the company.
Regarding Hotile Actions:
Should you be the receiver of hostile action either from pirates/vagabonds or from within the company please follow proper procedure. Report the actions and then report to HR. All possible actions will be taken to set things correct.
Note: Mining is a hazardous profession and requires some skill. We will do everything we can to ensure your safety including armed personnel on-site for security. Please treat each other with respect as both your jobs depend on each other. If you choose to mine outside of the safety zone, and incur damage including death EMTC is not responsible. You may also be penalized for loss of company property and fined the cost of materials lost.
