Originally founded as “Excessive Gaming Community,” multi-century old, massive-spanning corporation has diversified into businesses ranging from galactic exploration, consumer products, private security and newly acquired military arms contracts. It is one of the wealthiest and most successful enterprises in operation, conducting trade on almost every colonized planet. EXGA CORP is unique in being able to negotiate trade agreements with the Crime Syndicates, Independent Worlds, and crossing political borders with immunity while still generating staggering profits. Despite the company’s neutrality, no one can afford to stop doing business with EXGA CORP.

• 2457 – EXGA CORP was founded on an overcrowded Earth by hopeful businessmen from failing corporations.

• 2462 – EXGA CORP leaves Earth in search for greater opportunity in new lands to fulfill their dreams. Exploration leads the age and the corporation.

• 2518 – EXGA CORP relocates its central base to the newly colonized Terra.

• 2534 – First EXGA CORP CEO dies on his estate in Prime (Terra).

• 2535 – New CEO appointed, declares Corporations New Focus after the discovery of the Xi’an Empire. Humanity is more cautious of exploration and the trade market has become volatile. EXGA CORP opens its new Galactic Trading division with extensive ties in Terra.

• 2556 – Galactic Trading Sky-Rockets in the wake of the first Tevarin war. EXGA CORP expands commerce across the known galaxy, even securing obscure trades with the Banu and Xi’an from their centralized nexus through Terra.

• 2574 – Corporation Milestone – Over 1,000 UEE Trade Contracts are being processed hourly. Satellite facilities push trade routes to the edge of known space. The same facilities help facilitate EXGA CORP’s less popular exploration division.

• 2692 – EXGA CORP listed in Terra Gazette as one of the Top 25 Richest Galactic Corporations in the UEE.

• 2715 – In the wake of political unrest and the threat of alien invaders from all sides, the UEE military has been stretched thin. Crime Syndicates have begun to run rampant. EXGA CORP directs new focus towards “Private Security” for smaller organizations after losing countless trade deals from pirate attacks themselves. Particular trouble stemming from Cathcart and Pyro have spurred many corporations into the private security sector.

• 2761 – 2888 – With decreasing interest in exploration, Galactic Trade and Private Security contracts have continued to garner respect for EXGA CORP in UEE space.

• 2917 – The struggle against Vanduul raiders continues to escalate, EXGA CORP creates new division for Military Arms Contracts and focuses efforts on defending the frontier.

• 2945 – After centuries of persisting through the most tumultuous times in human history EXGA corp has filed for bankruptcy. The company is forced to scuttle what satellites have survived countless Vanduul and pirate threats. Military contracts are hard to come by as the UEE military focuses on bolstering its own forces for war. EXGA CORP’s small exploration division becomes a shocking savior for the company. Few employees remain, but the company lives on. EXGA’s new CEO faces the most trying time in the company’s history and aims to rebuild.

• 2947 – After a few years of uncertainty, a new board has been appointed. EXGA CORP looks to the future. In an interview with Aaron Schere from Kaizen EXGA CEO claims to see the effort of rebuilding the company from the ground up as almost liberating. In the interview, EXGA CEO explains that the current status of the company is no different than the time of its founding. Once more the company sets out for opportunity, “The only difference, this time around is that we rise from Terra.” EXGA CORP’s net worth slowly begins to rise after exploration becomes the company’s forefront once more. The reestablished trade division of EXGA CORP looks to capitalize on the newly passed Human-Xi’an Trade Initiative (HuXa).
