Exolith Excavation is a specialized labor hegemony. From Quantanium to beryl, we provide the grit to fill any manifest. We are the bridge between the order and the haul—a brotherhood of the stone in a cold vacuum. You provide the order; we provide the ore. Exolith: Strike Hard, Haul Heavy
Exolith Excavation wasn’t founded in a boardroom on Terra; it was forged in dark tunnels beneath the mountains of old. Legend has it the founders were “Old World” miners who believed that technology changes, but the “code of the stone” does not. When the first jumps to the Stanton system began, they didn’t see a “new frontier”—they saw a billions of uncracked rocks waiting for a steady hand.
We operate on the principle of the “Lith-Bond”: the belief that the worker is as vital as the ore. In a galaxy where big corps like Shubin and Hurston treat miners like disposable filters, Exolith stands as an infallible bastion for the independent contractor. We don’t just find the vein; we provide the muscle, the mag-boots, and the grit to empty it.
In the centuries before the UEE reached for the stars, the name Exolith was whispered in the deep-bore tunnels of Earth’s final frontiers. Founded as a guild of “Lith-Wrights,” the original collective was known for taking the contracts no one else would—the high-pressure, deep-crust excavations where the air was thin and the rock was hard. They didn’t just mine; they mastered the stone.
When humanity broke the atmosphere, the guild faced a choice: stay in the dirt or follow the vein. Choosing the latter, the guild’s elders transitioned their knowledge of terrestrial geology to the study of asteroids and lunar regolith. They realized that while the gravity changed, the “Code of the Strike” did not.
Exolith re-incorporated as a star-faring labor hegemony, trading their steam-drills for ion-lasers and their pit-ponies for cargo-haulers. They became the “Exo-Liths”—the stone-workers of the outer void.
Today, Exolith Excavation stands as a pillar of industrial reliability in the Stanton System. While the megacorps of Hurston and MicroTech squabble over territory, Exolith remains focused on the mission: The Ore. From the frozen, Hadanite-rich wastes of Lyria to the treacherous, Quantanium-heavy pockets of the Aaron Halo, Exolith contractors are the first in and the last out. We have traded our mountain halls for the cold steel of the Mole and Prospector, but our spirit remains forged in the great halls of Valkana.
Exolith Excavation is the Stanton system’s premier Industrial Brokerage. We operate at the intersection of supply and demand, serving as the high-tensile bridge between the Verse’s consumers and the galaxy’s finest independent contractors. We don’t just dig; we provide.
While the megacorps are bogged down by bureaucracy, Exolith moves with the speed of a railgun slug. Our leadership networks directly with industrial hubs, manufacturing Orgs, and trade moguls to secure high-value Work Orders.
Once a contract is signed, the Exolith Network activates. We dispatch our vetted members—the Lith-Wrights—to fulfill these specific manifests. Whether it is a rush order for raw Quantanium to fuel a fleet or a bulk request for Laranite, we ensure the right lasers are on the right rock at the right time.
In the old world, the Guild didn’t just own the mines; they owned the Trust. If a king needed iron for a crusade, he didn’t go to a peasant; he went to the Master-Wright.
Exolith carries that tradition into the stars. We are the Contractor Hegemony. To our clients, we are a guarantee of delivery. To our members, we are a source of constant, high-paying work. We take the headache out of the “find” so our breakers can focus on the “strike.”
“The Order is Absolute.” An Exolith contractor does not leave a claim until the manifest is filled. Whether it’s a solo ROC run or a multi-crew Mole operation, we finish what we start. We do not chase ghosts or distractions while on the clock.
“Equal Risk, Equal Cut.” We operate as a brotherhood. Every contractor—from the scout who found the vein to the security detail holding the perimeter—receives a pre-negotiated, fair percentage of the haul. We do not exploit our own.
“Precision Over Power.” Reckless mining is a crime. Every Exolith miner is expected to master their extraction tech. Overcharging a Quantanium deposit or shattering a high-yield rock through negligence is a stain on the Org’s reputation. Master the laser, or stay in the hangar.
Exolith does not start wars, but we do end them. Any interference with an active Exolith claim—be it by pirates, claim-jumpers, or rival corps—may be dealt with EXTREME prejudice and recorded. We protect our workers, and we collect on all debts.
“Leave No Breaker Behind.” In the vacuum, the crew is your oxygen. If a contractor’s ship is disabled or they are stranded moon-side, all nearby Exolith assets are authorized to divert for extraction. We return to the station together, or not at all.
