Il sottoscritto, dichiara di essere d’accordo a impiegare uno o più detective della 1-800- EXTRA come investigatore(i) privato(i) per condurre l’indagine, che è riservata, e si impegna a tenere la stessa fiducia se non per motivi giuridici ammissibili in conformità con lo Stato, leggi e regolamenti locali e UEE.
2. Le informazioni fornite saranno utilizzate a rischio personale. Come cliente mi assumo ogni responsabilità personale per qualsiasi violazione delle disposizioni o danni derivanti da mie azioni.
3. L’obiettivo di questa indagine è quello di accertare i veri fatti del caso ed i specifici dettagli di questa indagine.
4. Accetto che 1-800- EXTRA non si assuma alcuna responsabilità per eventuali fatti scoperti durante l’inchiesta, ora o in futuro, e pagherò per ragionevoli commissioni.
5. Capisco che il lavoro detective privato e il lavoro investigativo non sono magia, resta inteso che l’investigatore deve utilizzare i suoi migliori talenti per indagare.
6. Capisco che i risultati non possono essere garantiti, come definito nei i termini e nelle condizioni.
7. 1-800- EXTRA si riserva il diritto di fornire o non fornire informazioni personali ottenute nel corso delle indagini, e queste saranno trattate caso per caso durante l’investigazione.
8. Accetto di manlevare e tenere indenne 1-800- EXTRA e/o i suoi fondatori per gli errori su basi di dati o documenti, inoltre riconosco di manlevare i suoi agenti/dipendenti da qualsiasi danno, azione, richieste, atti di terrorismo sia nazionale o internazionale, disinformazione/errori di calcolo, atti o fattori che non sono in controllo di 1-800- EXTRA per ora e nè in futuro.
9. Tutte le informazioni fornite non saranno utilizzati per scopi illegale, punibili dallo Stato, leggi e regolamenti locali e UEE.

All investigations undertaken by our private detectives are carried out with the utmost discretion and with our clients’ privacy always in our mind. When we complete the investigation, we will discreetly contact our client which will confirm how and where would like to receive the information.

If you are unsure or need assistance in deciding on the best way to deal with any issues, we will be happy to either discuss your requirements, organizing a meeting at our offices or in a neutral location with one of our detectives who will then advise on the best course of action.

Sometimes, depending on circumstances, it’s necessary to enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDS) with our clients. This can be arranged using our following NDA form. All agreements will be accepted in line with our terms and conditions.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE FORM AGREEMENT

1. I, the undersigned, hereby agree to employ one or more detective of 1-800-EXTRA as a Private Investigator(s) to conduct my investigation which is confidential and agrees to hold the same confidence except for legal permissible reasons in compliance with State, Local and UEE laws and regulations.
2. The information provided will be used at my personal risk. As the client we assume any and all personal responsibility for any violation of the provisions or any damage arising from my actions.
3. The goal of this investigation is to ascertain the true facts of the case and the specific details of this investigation.
4. I agree 1-800-EXTRA will not assume any responsibility for any facts discovered during the investigation, now or in the future and will pay for any reasonable fees.
5. I understand Private Detective work and investigative work is not magic, it is understood that the investigator shall use his best efforts to investigate this matter set forth.
6. I understand the results cannot be guaranteed as defined in the terms and conditions.
7. 1-800-EXTRA retains the right to provide or not to provide you with personal information obtained during the course of the investigation and will be handled in a one on one basis using our discretion.
8. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1-800-EXTRA and/or its founders for errors on data bases or documents, in addition we agree not to indemnify, hold harmless its agents/employees for any and all damages, actions, causes of actions, demands, acts of terrorism either domestic or internationally, client’s misconduct, misinformation/miscalculations, acts or factors which are not in control of 1-800-EXTRA for now and will not be held liable in the future.
9. Any information we provide you will not be used for any, all illegal purposes and is punishable by Local, State and UEE Law’s.
