Fermi Corp was founded in a shack on a small moon orbiting a remote world, from humble beginnings we have risen to one of the greatest transportation company’s in the universe. We didn’t get here with frivolous spending and this includes all valuable resources, including time and money.

We have hierarchy, this is true, optimum efficiency requires it, regardless, we are family, here at Fermi the lowest member of the crew should be able to come to Doomstrain and ask questions, this is what it means to be a team, we work TOGETHER, we move forward TOGETHER, we grow, TOGETHER.

We want our employees to take initiative, we want them to understand that if the company does well, as do they. This is why we have multiple incentives to go for the sale, to go for that contract that is just out of reach, and do whatever it takes to take us further.
