This Charter establishes the official legal and structural framework for all members operating under the banner of the Frontier Industry, Exploration, & Logistics Directorate (F.I.E.L.D.). Compliance with these articles is mandatory for all active personnel, subcontractors, and fleet affiliates.

ARTICLE I: CODE OF CONDUCT & REPRESENTATION
Professional Demeanor: All personnel represent the Directorate across the open Verse and within public comms channels. Members are expected to conduct operations with integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect toward colleagues and contracted allies.

Anti-Toxicity Mandate: Harassment, discrimination, deliberate griefing, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Internal corporate harmony is paramount to fleet efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance: All members must operate within the fair-play guidelines of the local network topology (Star Citizen Terms of Service). Third-party corporate espionage, cheating, or exploitation of systemic glitches is strictly prohibited.
