ARTICLE I: CODE OF CONDUCT & REPRESENTATION
Professional Demeanor: All personnel represent the Directorate across the open Verse and within public comms channels. Members are expected to conduct operations with integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect toward colleagues and contracted allies.

Anti-Toxicity Mandate: Harassment, discrimination, deliberate griefing, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Internal corporate harmony is paramount to fleet efficiency.
