Fleet Operations is a Privately Funded all purpose organisation for your needs. Mining, Salvage, Transport, Escort, Exploration, Medical Search and Rescue.
Fleet Operations was founded thirteen years ago by three young privateers who met while carrying out an escort contract. All three had spent the early years of their careers working within various corporate security forces, independent industry groups or exploration concerns operating across the UEE.
Though still in their twenties at the time, the three had already gained experience in both spaceborne missions and planetary operations. Escorting along unsafe trade lanes, ground raids against pirate encampments, security operations for corporate interests and even industrial acquisition contracts had all become familiar work. Over time, the trio formed a close familial bond, frequently finding themselves working together for the same high-risk contracts where their ability to coordinate under pressure earned them both reputation and wealth.
Yet their shared experiences also revealed the same recurring problem: most private organizations were inefficiently run. Leadership was often distant from the realities of the field, strategy was dictated by investors and inexperienced executives rather than experienced operators, where long-term planning was almost nonexistent. Often causing them to skirt closer to death then was ever warranted.
The three concluded that if they wanted an organization that valued skill, coordination, and strategic thinking, they would have to build it themselves. to this end, they pooled their finances and established Fleet Operations.
Fleet Operations exists because competence matters.
Too many organizations grow bloated with bureaucracy, where strategy is dictated by distant executives and those who take the risks have little say in how missions are run. Fleet Operations was built to be the opposite of that.
We believe leadership belongs in the cockpit, on the bridge, and on the ground beside the people carrying out the mission. Decisions should be made by those with experience, not by investors chasing profit margins.
Our strength is not in numbers, but in capability.
Fleet Operations remains deliberately small, selecting members for reliability, adaptability, and trust. Each crew is expected to operate across multiple domains — space combat, planetary operations, industrial work, and long-range exploration. Versatility keeps us alive. Coordination makes us effective.
Our ships reflect this philosophy. Rather than relying on massive fleets or disposable personnel, we operate small, multi-role vessels capable of adapting quickly to changing circumstances. When greater force is required, our Idris stands ready as the backbone of the fleet.
But profit is not our purpose.
Security contracts and industrial work sustain us, yet exploration drives us. We believe the future belongs to those willing to push beyond the established routes of the Empire — to chart the unknown, uncover hidden resources, and discover opportunities others overlook.
Fleet Operations is not an army.
It is a crew.
And the frontier is waiting.
The highest order of professionalism is expected from our soldiers and pilots.
They will be highly trained, and disciplined.
When we get a contract, our people are expected to carry that contract out.
