From the ashes of lawless colonies and corrupted megacorps, Aurora rose — a sovereign world hidden deep beyond the official charts. There, under the banner of the Galactic Imperium, Emperor Flight IV forged a new order: A federal monarchy devoted to human unity, order, and eternal sovereignty.
In the lawless edges of UEE space, the Imperium expands — system by system — restoring structure where there was decay, forging proud citizens from chaos.

Article I – Nature of the State
The Galactic Imperium is a sovereign human federal monarchy, founded on the principles of Unity, Duty, and Legacy. It exists to preserve the destiny of humankind, ensure security among the stars, and forge a singular, indomitable civilization from the ashes of galactic disorder.
Article II – Supreme Authority
The Imperium is led by the Emperor, presently Flightus IV, whose authority is granted by the Founding Concord and upheld by merit, tradition, and the consent of the governed worlds. The Emperor rules in council with:

Article III – The Imperial Armed Forces
The military arm of the Imperium is divided into:
Exercitus Imperialis (Ground Command)
Navalis Imperialis (Fleet Command)
These forces are responsible for defense, expansion, peacekeeping, and enforcement of Imperial law.
All members of the Armed Forces swear loyalty to the Emperor and the Trium Codex.
Article IV – The Imperial Government
The Imperial Government ensures the smooth administration of justice, economic policy, education, and planetary development.

Intelligentia Imperialis – The Internal Order and Security Agency

Imperial Office of Propaganda
Article V – Citizenship and the People
Only humans may become citizens of the Imperium.
Citizens enjoy:
Protection under Imperial law
Access to state education, housing, and sustenance
Eligibility for military, civic, or bureaucratic service
The right to elevate status through merit and duty
The Imperium does not recognize alien settlement, citizenship, or participation in human governance.
Article VI – Culture and Unity
All worlds under the Imperium adopt:
The Imperial Language as official dialect
The Imperial Calendar and recognized feast days
Approved uniforms and architectural standards
The Trium Codex as philosophical and moral foundation
Worlds may retain local customs, so long as they do not conflict with Imperial law or unity.
Article VII – Expansion and Sovereignty
The Galactic Imperium reserves the right to expand its territory through diplomatic annexation, liberation campaigns, or justified conquest of failed or hostile regimes.
The Imperium is not a faction.
It is a nation among the stars.
