The Charter serves as the foundation of Genkei Interstellar Operations.

It defines who we are, how we conduct ourselves, and the principles that guide our community.

Every member who carries the Genkei name represents not only themselves, but every pilot who flies beside them.

Article I — Our Mission

Genkei exists to provide a welcoming, organised and enjoyable home for pilots throughout the Star Citizen universe.

We aim to create memorable experiences through teamwork, exploration and shared adventure while fostering a community built upon respect, friendship and collaboration.

Success is measured not by wealth, influence or fleet size, but by the strength of our community and the memories we create together.

Article II — Membership

Membership within Genkei is open to pilots who share our values and contribute positively to the community.

Every member, regardless of experience, profession or commitment level, deserves equal respect.

Our membership reflects the time and commitment each individual chooses to invest in the organisation.

Members begin as Trial Members while both they and the community decide whether Genkei is the right fit.

From there, members may naturally grow into Members, Regulars, Seniors or Veterans through continued participation and contribution.

These are not ranks of authority, but recognition of commitment and experience within the community.

Article III — Conduct

Every member is expected to conduct themselves with integrity.

This includes:

• Respecting fellow members.
• Treating all players with maturity.
• Representing Genkei positively.
• Resolving disagreements constructively.
• Supporting new members whenever possible.

Harassment, discrimination, toxicity or behaviour that damages the community has no place within Genkei.

Article IV — Operations

Operations exist to create enjoyable experiences for everyone involved.

During organised activities, members are expected to:

• Follow the direction of the operation organiser.
• Communicate clearly.
• Work together toward shared objectives.
• Adapt to changing situations.
• Prioritise teamwork over individual recognition.

Outside organised activities, members are encouraged to enjoy the ‘verse however they choose.

There is no mandatory attendance.

Real life always comes first.

Genkei is not built upon hierarchy.

The organisation is guided by four Founders who act as custodians of the community rather than commanders.

Major decisions are made through discussion, collaboration and the collective experience of our members.

Every voice matters.

Veterans, Seniors, Regulars and Members all contribute to the direction of the organisation, sharing ideas, feedback and experience to help Genkei grow.

Trust is earned through contribution, not authority.

Leadership exists to support the community—not to stand above it.
