Each had ventured far and wide: Kenway and Rogue as fearless explorers who sought the thrill of discovery, and CBY03 as a seasoned commander with countless missions under their belt. United by a shared vision, they believed in the profound power of exploration but saw that power fading into chaos and opportunism. They resolved to bring unity, security, and empathy to an uncertain galaxy.

With endless nights of planning, the trio began to sketch the framework of what would become the Galactic Horizon Initiative. Their vision was clear: they wanted to build an organization that could expand the frontiers of known space responsibly, but also one that would be ready to protect and assist those most vulnerable to the harsh realities of a hostile galaxy. GHI would represent not only exploration and adventure but also hope and compassion—a place where those in need could seek refuge, and those who desired purpose could contribute meaningfully.

They established Horizon Station near the galactic rim, a location chosen for its proximity to unexplored space and strategic access to both core worlds and distant outposts. The station, built as a self-sustaining hub, soon became home to state-of-the-art research labs, medical facilities, and advanced navigation systems. Under the leadership of Commander CBY03, with Kenway and Rogue as co-founders and guiding forces, GHI launched its first missions. Galactic Horizon Initiative Charter
Article I: Purpose and Scope
The Galactic Horizon Initiative exists to advance knowledge of the galaxy through exploration and to provide humanitarian support to those in need. GHI operates independently but welcomes alliances with other organizations committed to similar values.

Article II: Governance and Leadership
Celestial Commander (currently CBY03): Supreme leader of GHI, responsible for strategic vision and final decisions on all major missions.
Command Council: A council of senior officers and advisors that oversees operations, policies, and the ethical alignment of GHI’s actions with its founding principles.
Article III: Mission Protocols
Exploration Missions
GHI shall conduct systematic exploration of unknown sectors, maintaining detailed logs and sharing non-sensitive data for the greater good.
Humanitarian Missions
All GHI personnel shall provide aid in emergencies, including evacuation, medical support, and transport to safe zones for civilians in danger.
