History

The History of The Glass Veil

The Glass Veil did not begin as something grand.

It began with cadets.

New pilots. New voices. New ambitions. People learning the verse one mistake, one victory, one hard lesson at a time. We started where many do — uncertain, unproven, and still finding our place among the stars.

In those early days, success was not handed to us. We had to learn how to fly together, communicate together, fail together, and rise together. Every mission taught us something. Every loss sharpened us. Every small victory reminded us that we were capable of becoming more.

What brought us together was not rank, wealth, or reputation.

It was purpose.

We wanted to build something that lasted. Something stronger than a single crew. Something bigger than one org. We saw how many pilots and small communities were out there searching for their people, their direction, and their chance to succeed.

So The Glass Veil began to take shape.

At first, it was simply a gathering place — a place for people to meet, talk, plan, and connect. But over time, it became clear that our vision was much larger. We were not just building a server. We were building a hub.

A place where small orgs could be supported.
A place where new pilots could find guidance.
A place where communities could collaborate instead of compete.
A place where people could step out from behind the noise and finally be seen.

From cadets to leaders, from strangers to allies, from scattered groups to a shared network, The Glass Veil has grown through trust, effort, and a common belief: that success is stronger when it is built together.

We have faced setbacks. We have had to adapt. We have learned who stands with us and what kind of community we want to become. Through every change, our purpose has remained the same — to help people connect, grow, and find success in the verse.

Today, The Glass Veil stands as a symbol of that journey.

We are no longer just cadets searching for direction.
We are builders. Connectors. Partners. Leaders.
We are a home for those still looking for theirs.

Our history is still being written, but its foundation is clear:

We came together from humble beginnings.
We chose a shared purpose.
We chose to support each other.
We chose to become successful together.

This is The Glass Veil.

Unseen until shattered.

Manifesto

The Glass Veil Manifesto

We are The Glass Veil.

We believe every org deserves a place to be seen, heard, and supported.

Across the verse, countless small orgs are building something meaningful. Some are just beginning. Some are looking for allies. Some are trying to find their people. Too often, smaller communities get overlooked, buried beneath the noise, or left fighting for attention on their own.

The Glass Veil exists to change that.

We are a hub for connection.
A place where pilots, orgs, crews, and communities can come together.
A bridge between those searching for a home and the groups waiting to welcome them.

We support small orgs because small orgs matter.

They are where friendships are built.
Where new leaders rise.
Where players find purpose.
Where stories begin.

Our goal is not to compete with orgs, but to help them grow.
Not to replace communities, but to connect them.
Not to stand above others, but to stand beside them.

Through collaboration, events, partnerships, and shared opportunities, The Glass Veil will help create a stronger network for everyone.

Whether you are a solo pilot searching for your place, a small org looking for visibility, or a community ready to collaborate, there is room for you here.

We believe the verse is stronger when we build together.

Unseen until shattered.
Behind the veil are the people, groups, and stories waiting to be discovered.

This is our purpose.
This is our promise.
This is The Glass Veil.

The Glass Veil Allied Hub: Operational Guidelines & Perks

Welcome to the Allied Hub! This space isn’t just about diplomacy; it is a shared staging ground for operations, networking, and mutual growth. By setting up shop here, your organization gains access to a massive pool of talent, but we ask that you follow a few basic protocols to keep the hangar running smoothly.

The Talent Pool & Freelance Operations,
As an allied org, you have direct access to a reserve of 100+ capable pilots within this server. If your org is running a heavy salvage operation, needs a gunner for a redeemer, or requires a dedicated PvE escort wing, put out the call. We are here to help you get the job done.

Weekly Recruitment & Advertising,
We want your org to thrive. To help you grow without cluttering the main comms:

The Ad Board: Allied orgs are permitted to post an official recruitment pitch or advertisement in the designated #org-recruitment channel once a week.

Organic Networking: Outside of the weekly pitch, let your gameplay do the talking. Poaching through aggressive, unsolicited direct messages is prohibited.

Hosting Hub Events,
Orgs are highly encouraged to host their own public events within the Hub. Whether it is a massive mining fleet, a ship meet, or a ground-assault training run, hosting an event is the best way to attract new members organically. Simply coordinate with a Hub Liaison to get your event on the calendar and secure the necessary voice channels.

Friday Night Fuckery (The Ultimate Op),
Every Friday, the Hub unites for our flagship weekly operation: Friday Night Fuckery.

This is an all-hands-on-deck, massive server-wide event.

Allied orgs get priority access to drop in, wing up, and participate in the chaos. Expect heavy action, massive payouts, and zero dull moments.

Standard Rules of Engagement,

Respect the Host: The core behavioral rules of The Glass Veil apply here. Keep it professional and respectful.

Friendly Fire Protocols: During joint ops, verify your targets. Intentional blue-on-blue engagements will result in your org losing Hub privileges.

Loot Splits: Always establish the terms of payout and resource sharing before undocking for any joint operation.
