Great Lakes Syndicate [GLSYND] began with a simple idea: build a Star Citizen organization for adults who want to experience everything the ‘verse has to offer without turning the game into a second job.

We’re an 18+ casual Star Citizen community welcoming new players, experienced veterans, dedicated crews and solo pilots alike. Real life comes first. There are no mandatory play schedules and no expectation that Star Citizen becomes another obligation. Join the crew when you want, fly solo when you want, and know there’s a community behind you when you need one.

GLS isn’t built around a single profession. We’re a multi-profession Star Citizen organization covering combat, bounty hunting, mining, salvage, cargo hauling, trading, exploration, medical gameplay, rescue, refueling, recovery, engineering and industry. Whether you’re looking for multicrew operations or just a few people to run contracts with, we do it all.

New to Star Citizen? You’re welcome here. Experienced pilot with a fleet and years in the ‘verse? You’re welcome too. We believe the best organizations are built by players helping players, sharing knowledge, creating opportunities and having a good time together.

Our roots are in the Great Lakes region, but our community isn’t limited by geography. Great Lakes Syndicate is open to Star Citizen players everywhere who want a relaxed, mature community built around teamwork, independence and enjoying the game.

Manifesto

We fly to have fun, grow, and enjoy the game with as many people as we can.

Great Lakes Syndicate exists so members can experience Star Citizen the way it was meant to be played, together. We support each other when we can, whether that is running cargo, pulling someone out of a fight, sharing knowledge, or just hanging out. We do not demand constant activity or force anyone into a single role. Show up when you want, fly what you enjoy, and know there is a group of adults who have your back when it matters.

We are not here to dominate the verse or chase status. We are here to build something solid, welcoming, and lasting, a syndicate where competence and camaraderie count more than rank or reputation.

Charter

  1. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Respect one another at all times. Conversations can get heated, do your best to stay calm and keep things civil.
  3. Discord conversations may go wildly off topic. Members are expected to have thick skin and be comfortable with a wide range of subjects. This is an adult environment.
  4. Hatred or threats directed at members will not be tolerated. Any such incidents will be evaluated, in context, to determine whether further action is required.
