TORMENT was built by veterans of Destiny, Halo, and Call of Duty — environments where one bad player can cost everyone. Years spent in competitive games taught us how to communicate under pressure, execute as a team, and adapt when plans fail. Those lessons carried into Star Citizen.
We learned early that numbers alone don’t win fights. Discipline, Coordination, and Communication do.
TORMENT grew from a group of players into a crew built around accountability, reliability, and shared standards. Knowledge is shared, experience is passed down, and everyone is expected to improve.
We’re hardcore gamers who play smart, hit hard, and know how to have fun doing it. North American based. English speaking. Built to operate across time zones.
We don’t look for fights. We just never walk away from them.
Rankings, ship counts, and territory means nothing. TORMENT was built on something most organizations struggle to create and can’t fake — loyalty.
A small crew that trusts each other completely will outperform a larger one that doesn’t. We’ve seen it. We’ve lived it.
Loyalty here isn’t automatic. It’s earned through actions, consistency, and showing up when your people need you.
We believe strength comes from discipline, coordination, and knowing the person beside you will answer the call without hesitation. We believe in hitting hard and hitting together: Disciplined, Coordinated, Dangerous.
We don’t care about being the biggest organization in the verse. We care about building the best one we can and building a crew people know they can rely on when things go wrong.
We wish you luck. You’ll need it. And anyone standing beside them when the time comes should be prepared to bleed too.
Trust is the only currency that matters. Loyalty is earned.
We’re looking for players who understand teamwork, accountability, and trust. If you came from competitive games where mistakes matter and teamwork decides outcomes, you already understand what we’re building.
New players are welcome. We’ll teach strategy, combat, survival, and how to win. What we can’t teach is character.
Pilots, traders, explorers, industrial players, and FPS players all have a place here. Ego, drama, and disloyalty do not.
We care about three things:
• Can you listen?
• Are you teachable?
• Will you be loyal?
We are not spending weeks building chemistry and trust with people who plan to disappear when things stop going their way.
If you’re here — be here.
Nothing is handed out here. Respect is earned. Loyalty is proven.
Fight, trade, explore, pirate — play how you want.
One rule does not bend: do not scam people. Not allies. Not strangers. Not enemies.
Our word is our bond and our reputation matters.
If you create your own problems, don’t expect the organization to clean them up. But if trouble finds one of ours, we show up. No hesitation. No questions asked.
We don’t forget. We don’t abandon our own.
If someone decides to make enemies out of our people, they — and anyone backing them — should be prepared to bleed for it.
We don’t have ranks.
The only rank that matters here is loyalty.
Titles don’t earn respect. Actions do.
If you show up, carry your weight, protect your people, and prove yourself consistently, your voice holds weight.
You earn your stripes through reliability, accountability, and what you do when things get difficult.
There is leadership. There is experience. There is accountability. There is no artificial hierarchy.
Loyalty decides where you stand.
We’re hardcore gamers who play smart, adapt fast, and expect people to carry their weight.
We play smart, operate together, and expect results.
We don’t leave our people behind.
