The Manifesto of Terminal Wish

The Articles of Agreement: Terminal Wish
By these articles, every soul who sails under the banner of Terminal Wish agrees to abide by the following tenets. Disregard for these rules will be met with consequences befitting the transgression, decided by the Chief or designated officers.

Article I: Allegiance and Respect

Every member shall swear unwavering loyalty to Terminal Wish and its Chief. Orders issued by the Chief or those in designated authority must be obeyed promptly and without question during operations.
Respect shall be shown to all members of the crew, regardless of rank or experience. Disagreements shall be settled through proper channels, not through insubordination or violence amongst ourselves.
Any act of betrayal, espionage, or collaboration with entities hostile to Terminal Wish shall be considered the gravest of offenses and will be dealt with severely.
Article II: Division of Spoils

All plunder and profits acquired through our endeavors shall be considered the common property of Terminal Wish and shall be divided according to a pre-determined share system, as decided by the Chief and Quartermaster.
The Chief shall receive the largest share, befitting their leadership and responsibility. Officers and those who demonstrate exceptional skill or bravery may receive a larger portion at the Chief’s discretion.
Any attempt to hoard, conceal, or steal from the common spoils shall be considered a breach of trust and will be punished accordingly.
Article III: Conduct and Discipline

While engaging in acts of piracy, members shall strive for efficiency and effectiveness. Unnecessary cruelty or wanton destruction is discouraged unless it serves a strategic purpose.
Drunkenness or impairment while on duty or during operations is strictly forbidden and will result in disciplinary action.
Disputes between crew members shall be brought before a designated officer for mediation. Resorting to violence without authorization is prohibited.
Any damage to the organization’s ships, equipment, or reputation due to negligence or recklessness will be the responsibility of the offending member, who may be held accountable for repairs or restitution.
Article IV: Recruitment and Membership

The recruitment of new members shall be at the discretion of the Chief and designated recruiters. Potential members shall be vetted for their skills, loyalty, and suitability to the pirate life.
New recruits shall undergo a probationary period during which their commitment and capabilities will be assessed. Full membership is granted upon the Chief’s approval.
Members are expected to contribute to the growth and strength of Terminal Wish by actively participating in operations, sharing knowledge, and upholding the organization’s reputation.
Article V: Conflict Resolution and Justice

Minor infractions of these articles shall be addressed by designated officers, who may impose penalties such as temporary suspension of privileges or a reduction in share.
Serious breaches of conduct shall be brought before the Chief, who, in consultation with senior officers, will determine the appropriate punishment. This may range from demotion to expulsion from the organization, or more severe measures depending on the severity of the offense.
In matters of dispute between members that cannot be resolved through mediation, the Chief’s decision shall be final.
Article VI: Amendments and Modifications

These Articles of Agreement may be amended or modified by a majority vote of the Chief and senior officers, as deemed necessary for the continued success and survival of Terminal Wish.
Any changes to these articles will be communicated to all members in a timely manner.
