In Old Norse, vargr meant two things at once: wolf and outlaw
ᚷᚱᚨᚢᚨᚱᚷᚱ / Grávargr wasn’t built from the top down. No founder sat down and wrote a charter. It started as a few friends flying together, and it stays that way no matter how big it gets. The name just gave words to what we already were, a pack of grey wolves doing things our way, in the grey, with people we actually like.
The name just gave words to what we already were. No agenda. No specialty. Just the ‘verse and the crew.

We started as a group of friends who just wanted to play the game without all the politics.
No applications. No mandatory ops. No ranks breathing down your neck. Just people who log on, run jobs, and have a good time doing it. Smuggling, bounties, piracy, whatever sounds fun that day.
If you’ve ever joined an org and felt like you were at work, you get it. We built ᚷᚱᚨᚢᚨᚱᚷᚱ / Grávargr so that never happens here.
Come as you are. Stay as long as you want. The only rule is don’t be a dick.

Charter

A group of friends. Not a corporation, not a military outfit, not a job. We fly together because we want to, and that’s the only reason that matters.

Whatever we feel like. Bounties, cargo, smuggling, piracy, exploration, combat, no restrictions, no specialization. If it sounds fun, we do it.
III. h3. How we run
Flat and simple. No mandatory ops, no schedules, no applications. Show up when you can, do what you want, contribute when you’re able.
