History

GWG was founded as a Steam group in 2008, group page. We exist as an informal group of friends who enjoy playing online together.

Manifesto

Pessimist: The magazine is half empty.
Optimist: The magazine is half full.
Realist: It only takes one round for me to win.
Idealist: This magazine really should be full.
Pacifist: My gun has too many rounds, can’t we just talk.
Statist: Only the government should have bullets.

We take all kinds, as long as you’re not a pacifist or a statist.

Charter

GWG members shall abide by the following credo:

  1. I shall not loot ninja, unless there is ample loot to be ninja’d
  2. I shall not get too far ahead, unless the rest of the group is being slow
  3. I shall protect fellow GWG members in battle, unless they went too far ahead and/or were loot ninjaing
  4. I shall treat other GWG members with respect, unless it is a day ending in Y, at which point I will tease them relentlessly until they say uncle or cry in the corner
