History

Hexagon Corporation started as a company with big aspirations but a small team. We are extremely a new and up-and-coming company aimed at giving the best service it can to it’s consumers. Whether it be with one man, or a future of one thousand. Without many resources or members we had big dreams but nothing in which to accomplish them. You can help us accomplish both of our dreams, Join now.

Keep the consumer first.

Have open communication between all employees.

Charter

Our rules and outline for our company are as follows:

1. Keep the consumer in mind at all times. Always think about what is best for them. When we create products and services our consumers like, we will create an environment that we will like.

2. You are the servant. No matter how difficult the consumer is you will always be willing to help. They are not here to serve you; you are here to serve them.

3. Follow your management’s advice. If you do not believe it is in the right, discuss it with them and try to work something out. We are to be more level than lateral.

4. As a manager or leader, be responsible. If you are in the wrong morally or not serving our consumers it is your staff’s right to tell higher management, even to the board. Do not EVER revoke that right.

5. Sharpen your saw. If you’re feeling overworked, take a joyride or whatever you need to do to get your production back up to maximum.
