Our philosophy!

In human history, a scientist once said: “For every action there is always opposed an equal reaction.” Founded by a similar reason, we at Shinseina still follow this principle. We believe in justice – rich or poor, good or evil, humans or aliens – one justice that can be applied to everyone. In a universe dominated by money, racism, mega cooperations, states and various organizations, good and evil. Shinseina is the neutral support, hallowed.

Our only relations are our customers and ourselves.²

Our internal structure!

Our philosophy and appearance resembles that of a Corp. in many aspects, but we are still a PMC and consequently also organized according to military principles.

The Admiralty Board

At the top of Shinseina is the Admiralty Board which, divided into individual departments and areas of responsibility, is responsible for the most important decisions. In this respect, they represent each individual member of the company and make these decisions in their place for the benefit of all.

The Individual Departments

This is followed by the individual departments and areas of responsibility, which act as individual bodies and report solely to the Admiralty Board. This ensures that there are no conflicts or interruptions within and between the individual bodies. Nevertheless, the individual departments work together almost constantly and form the basic structure of the company with their members.

The Individual Members

Divided into ranks, which are based on experience or ability and the benefit they bring to the company, we now come to the individual members themselves. They work in the organs already mentioned, which can range from logistics to direct military work. They form the true backbone and without each individual member, Shinseina would not be possible.
