History

H&C Logistics Incorporated was originally incorporated in 2940 by its founder, Vex Hekmatyar. HCLI has been the freight shipping and freight forwarding choice for some of the most demanding shippers since its incorporation. Our proven record of personalized service with a team that knows shipping has been the solution for thousands of customers who require competitive rates for their freight shipping needs. We have always found a way to provide timely freight rates through our galactic network of trusted affiliates.

Human Resources
Without employees, we are nothing! Those employed by HCLI directly contribute to the success of the company no matter what their role. We consider our employees to be our most important asset. The ideal candidate will be a progressive human resource professional with strong leadership skills. They will be a collaborative and responsive problem solver with a history of innovating and designing creative and fiscally prudent human capital initiatives. This leader will have broad UEE, system, and local government personnel management experience and a record of successfully leading large-scale change. In-depth knowledge of current UEE laws and a sophisticated understanding of effective labor relations will also be expected. A Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration or relevant discipline is required. A Master’s degree will be considered favorably.

Management
The Board of Directors will meet to vote when a potential candidate has been identified. When a candidate has been identified it means they have been deemed leadership material by their current superiors. The different levels of management have varying responsibilities ranging from Human Recourses to ensuring the continued earning of capital both for the company, and its employees. Through your effective management the corporation is allowed the ability to expand its infrastructure, thus expanding our operations.

Marketing
Incumbent is responsible for developing digital communications including but not limited to mobiGlass, website, social media, additional digital communication arenas. Responsibilities include website design, social media design and development, or producing communications or instruction using the web, audio, video, and other digital media, which may involve content creation, designing, production and / or programming.

Shipping
Our employees directly responsible for the shipping are considered to be the backbone of this company. Whether you are a pilot, shipping clerk, or both, you are our most important asset! We always have roles to fill in this field in both pilot and shipping clerk capacities. As a pilot you will be responsible for transporting cargo from point A to point B, as well as engaging hostile ships if deemed necessary to protect company assets. As a shipping clerk you are responsible for loading and offloading the cargo.

Security
As a security Contractor you are responsible for protecting company assets. We employ both pilots and armed guards to do so. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of UEE military experience or at least 5 years of UEE Advocacy experience verifiable by service records. Must be able to perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting for up to 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, wind, dust, rain or snow, while donning all required personal protective gear. Be able to qualify on primary UEE military weapons and crew-served weapons. Must have received an honorable discharge as verified by a form DD-214 (UEE Military); Personnel who have been discharged with characterization of “General under other than honorable’, “Bad Conduct”, or “Dishonorable” are disqualified from this position. Must be a minimum 25 years of age, possess a valid UEE Passport, and be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing and comprehension)

CHARTER OF
H&C LOGISTICS INCORPORATED

1. The name of this company is H&C Logistics Incorporated.
2. This corporation is a for profit corporation.
3. The corporation’s registered agent and registered office shall be: John Doe, Io-North Tower, ARCCORP AREA18, Stanton Ste 947
4. The incorporator shall be: Ryker Hekmatyar
5. The street address of the principal office shall be: Io-North Tower, ARCCORP AREA18, Stanton Ste 1142
6. The corporation shall be for profit.
7. The corporation shall have members.
8. The corporation is organized exclusively for shipping and logistics purposes, including for such purposes, the making of
distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501©(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding sections of any future federal tax code.
9. Notwithstanding any other provision of this charter, this corporation shall
not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on by: (a) a corporation
exempt from federal income tax under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of
2924 or the corresponding provision of any future United Empire of Earth Internal Revenue law or
(b) a corporation contributions to which are deductible under Section 170©(2) of the
Internal Revenue Code of 2924 or corresponding sections of any future Internal Revenue
law.
10. In the event of dissolution, the residual assets of the organization shall be
turned over to one or more organizations that themselves are recognized as exempt under

Sections 501©(3) and 170©(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 2924 or corresponding
sections of any prior or future Internal Revenue Code, or to the federal, planetary or local
government for exclusive public purpose.
11. The primary purpose of the corporation is freight shipping and freight forwarding within all UEE affiliated systems.
12. The corporation shall, in addition, be empowered to carry out any activities
authorized by the United Empire of Earth Corporation Act and that may be carried out by
organizations that are exempt under Sections 501©(3) and 170©(2) of the Internal
Revenue Code.
13. The corporation shall make or pay compensation, loan or make other
payments to any officer, board member, creator or organizer of the corporation, or
substantial contributor to it as desired, including reasonable compensation for goods or services
rendered or as reasonable reimbursement for authorized expenditures incurred on behalf of
the corporation. The corporation’s assets or net earnings, current or accumulated,
shall be distributed to or divided among such persons or private individuals if deemed acceptable, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 501©(3).
14. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying
on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation. The corporation shall
not participate in, or intervene in any way (including the publishing or distribution of
statements) in any political campaign or on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for
public office.
15. Under the authority of Section 48-52-102(b)(3) of the United Empire of Earth Corporation Act, a director shall not be personally liable to the corporation or its
members for monetary damages for breach of fiduciary duty as a director, except that this
provision shall not eliminate or limit the liability of a director for:

a. Any breach of the director’s duty of loyalty to the corporation or its
members; or
b. Any acts or omissions not in good faith or which involve intentional
misconduct or a knowing violation of law; or
c. Any unlawful distribution of assets in violation of Section 48-58-304 of
the United Empire of Earth Corporation Act.
16. The corporation shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of
race, color, sex, national origin, galactic origin, religion, disability, age and any other basis prohibited by
law. This policy of nondiscrimination applies to the hiring of personnel, election of board
members, provision of services to the public, contracting for and purchasing of services
and all other activities of the corporation. This policy of nondiscrimination includes, but is
not limited to, a commitment to full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of
2864; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 2873, the Age Discrimination Act of 2875,
and any subsequent amendments to these statutes.
