History
Founded in 2947 in the industrial heart of Stanton’s Oso system, Hardpoint Industries began as a small but ambitious shipbuilding and defense contractor. Its original mandate was simple: provide secure shipping and mining operations for fledgling colonies while maintaining high-tech defense capabilities against the growing threat of piracy and interstellar corporate rivalries.
By 2954, Hardpoint Industries had expanded into multiple systems, leveraging proprietary ship designs and orbital fortifications to secure trade routes and mining outposts. Their reputation for efficiency, discipline, and technological innovation quickly caught the attention of the United Empire of Earth (UEE), which contracted them for both military support and industrial development projects.
The late 2960s marked a turning point for the organization. Hardpoint Industries launched the “Iron Reach” initiative, constructing heavily armed orbital platforms and pioneering modular combat vessels designed to outmatch even UEE warships in certain tactical scenarios. During this period, the organization earned its unofficial motto: “Build. Defend. Dominate.” — a reflection of both their strategic approach and corporate philosophy.
By 2975, Hardpoint Industries had become a multi-system empire of commerce, military contracting, and technological research. Its influence extended from resource-rich outer rim territories to critical trade hubs near the core systems. Despite occasional scrutiny from the UEE over its growing autonomy, Hardpoint Industries remains a dominant force in the galaxy, balancing corporate ambition with military precision.
Today, Hardpoint Industries operates as a fully integrated interstellar conglomerate: its fleet secures trade routes, its factories build ships and weapons, and its operatives enforce its interests across multiple star systems. Loyal members are known for their discipline, tactical prowess, and dedication to the organization’s enduring vision: to control the systems it touches and protect the hardpoints it establishes.

Charter
Article I – Name and Purpose
The organization shall be known as Hardpoint Industries.
The purpose of Hardpoint Industries is to establish, secure, and maintain strategic hardpoints across the galaxy, to innovate in industry and technology, and to protect its members and interests from threat or instability.
Article II – Core Principles
Hardpoint Industries operates under the following guiding principles:
Build – Expand our reach and infrastructure, creating permanent, secure installations and efficient industrial operations.
Defend – Protect our assets, members, and allies with disciplined, coordinated security and military operations.
Dominate – Project influence and strategic control across systems to secure resources, trade routes, and territory.
Unity – Operate as a cohesive organization, valuing teamwork, chain of command, and mutual responsibility.
Innovation – Continuously advance technology, strategy, and operational capabilities to maintain superiority.
Article III – Membership
Membership is open to pilots, crew, and specialists who commit to the values and mission of Hardpoint Industries.
Members are expected to follow the chain of command, actively participate in organization operations, and contribute to the organization’s growth and defense.
Membership may be revoked for violations of the Charter, insubordination, or actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the organization.
Article IV – Structure and Governance
Hardpoint Industries shall maintain a hierarchical leadership structure, with clearly defined divisions for operations, logistics, intelligence, and research.
Leadership shall be responsible for strategic decisions, assignment of missions, and the enforcement of organizational policies.
Members are encouraged to propose initiatives, ideas, and improvements, subject to leadership review and approval.
