In 2140 our world changed tremendously with the big technological breakthrough of the RSI Zeus.
In this time, our great founder and todays CEO was just a little boy who just entered school. Growing up in a changing world he quickly understood the problems and oppotunities that this process would commence to him so he founded his first company. The primary aspect of this company was to consult existing companys and corporations in the new matters of aspects like space travel, transport and exploration.
Today, HES Corp. is the universe’s first and only consulting corportation without any specialization. We’re trying to find a solution to any problem confronted and by today our clients are most satisfied with our work.

But therefore, HES Corp. assumes no responsibility for what the employee does in his leisure. Furthermore HES Corp. is not responsible for whatever happens to the employee while he ist not at work.
The employee has, while in their working hours (and only while being online), the obligation to follow the corporation’s instructions.
The employee has the right, to, if there might be any moralic doubts, or something analogical, contact and confront the CEO or other Board Members in order to ensure the employees mental health.
Furthermore, the employe has the right to deny the execution of an instruction, if he has reasonable concern about his physical well-being.

The corporation has to obtain the physical and mental well-being of their employees. Furthermore, it resumes responsibility for the actions of their employees while they are working, as long their action was work-related.
The Corporation is free to define working hours by contract with their employee. Each and every project is treated seperatly in terms of working times, responsibility and salary. If the employee makes use of his power of veto, the Corporation is able to sign them off the Corporation, after a designated period of time to notice beforehand.
The Members of Board consists of 4 people. The CEO, the Executive, the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Marketing.
