History Manifesto Charter

History

In 2140 our world changed tremendously with the big technological breakthrough of the RSI Zeus.
In this time, our great founder and todays CEO was just a little boy who just entered school. Growing up in a changing world he quickly understood the problems and oppotunities that this process would commence to him so he founded his first company. The primary aspect of this company was to consult existing companys and corporations in the new matters of aspects like space travel, transport and exploration.

Today, HES Corp. is the universe’s first and only consulting corportation without any specialization. We’re trying to find a solution to any problem confronted and by today our clients are most satisfied with our work.

Manifesto

HE Solutions Corporation

Consulting

is primarily an association of skilled and people, who offer their services to their clients. Wherever there is a problem, we will try to come up with a solution favourable for our clients.

If the problem is solvable, we will find the solution! [1]

From the very beginning of space travel, our consulting agency has been expert in every matter of this topic. Therefore we are able to provide you the best service possible and solve your problems fast, clean and safe. Depending on your task, we will also be able to execute it – but if not, we will forward you to someone who can.

Transportation

The tasks we are able to execute instantly are:

  • Transport of dangerous cargo
  • Transport into trouble areas
  • Transmission of classified information
  • this list is currently under construction

Exploration

The other big aspect of HES Corp is the exploration. With our fleet of exploration vehicles, we are constantly searching for new Jump Points, paths and objects throughout the universe. We are providing these information to interested clients, who could use them as a strategy for their success.

Charter

These are the rules our employees must follow any time they are working for us

§ 1 Area of application of the charter

The charter, as seen here is there to provide a regulated environment for our employees to work together. It does in no means apply to their leisure. But therefore, HES Corp. assumes no responsibility for what the employee does in his leisure. Furthermore HES Corp. is not responsible for whatever happens to the employee while he ist not at work.

§ 2 Obligations of the employee

The employee has, while in their working hours (and only while being online), the obligation to follow the corporation’s instructions.

§ 3 Rights of the employee

The employee has the right, to, if there might be any moralic doubts, or something analogical, contact and confront the CEO or other Board Members in order to ensure the employees mental health.
Furthermore, the employe has the right to deny the execution of an instruction, if he has reasonable concern about his physical well-being.

§ 4 Obligations of HE Solutions Corp.

The corporation has to obtain the physical and mental well-being of their employees. Furthermore, it resumes responsibility for the actions of their employees while they are working, as long their action was work-related.

§ 5 Rights of HE Solutions Corp. and Exeptions from the Rights of the employee

The Corporation is free to define working hours by contract with their employee. Each and every project is treated seperatly in terms of working times, responsibility and salary. If the employee makes use of his power of veto, the Corporation is able to sign them off the Corporation, after a designated period of time to notice beforehand.

§ 6 Membership status

There are six levels of membership in HES Corp. These are:
  • Board Member
  • Director
  • Manager
  • Senior
  • Middle
  • Junior

The Members of Board consists of 4 people. The CEO, the Executive, the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Marketing.
