Hetairoi / HETAIROI

We want to build a comunity large enough to make an impact on a sector of the verse in particular and the whole verse in general. For that purpose we’ll choose a system and settle there as an organization, concentrating our efforts in making the system and those arround it a safe and prosper zone where we, as a collective, thrive and grow in power and influence..

In order to achieve that goal, we’re looking for players interested in any facet of the game, or in more than one, as we will need to be able of responding to any situation.

Pirates who want to join us, though, are expected to respect the “safe zone” we’ll establish, and avoid comiting piracy acts in said zone, as it would have a negative impact on the economy of the system.

This is aimed to be a democratic organization, wich has certain implications:
a) Rank doesn’t have a relation with autority, it is just a measure of seniority and dedication and won’t make your vote count more than other’s.
b) Some issues, like the system we choose to settle in, can’t be decided untill we have some more players.
c) Things like rules or roles can be changed if enough of the members decide so.

We want to be a diplomatic clan, so we’ll aim to have allies and pacts with other organizations, and we expect the members to act accordingly.

We expect and offer mutual respect among members, and some comradeship with players inside Hetairoi and other allied orgs, as well as some participation im organization-wide events.

Without exact knowledge of how the whole mission system will work, we can’t make this definitive, but as the democratic aim demands, we won’t issue orders, but rather emit missions about things that need to be done, and see who steps forward for it. This means that members must be responsive to those missions in order to make the system work.
