History

Hollow Division was born from experience, ambition, and a vision of dominance forged over years in the verse. Its founders have been active since the early 3.0 patches, witnessing firsthand the rise of emerging factions, the chaos of unclaimed systems, and the ever-shifting dynamics of the Star Citizen universe.

In the early days, the founders operated as independent pilots, contractors, and small-scale mercenaries. They learned to navigate the complexities of lawless sectors, master trading routes, and coordinate small fleets in high-stakes combat. From these humble beginnings, a clear pattern emerged: success depended on structure, coordination, and versatility.

By the 3.5 and 3.6 patches, the founders had accumulated a network of trusted allies across multiple disciplines—combat, mining, logistics, and support operations. It was then that the vision for a unified private military corporation capable of coordinating large-scale operations began to take shape. Hollow Division was formally established not merely as a mercenary outfit, but as a multi-role organization capable of exerting influence, managing resources, and securing territory across the verse.

Through every patch, update, and system expansion, Hollow Division adapted. They pioneered strategies for combined-arms operations, efficient resource extraction, and inter-system trade logistics long before many factions recognized the value of specialization. Charter

Article I – Name and Purpose

Section 1: Name
The organization shall be known as Hollow Division.

Section 2: Purpose
Hollow Division exists to provide structure, coordination, and growth in the Star Citizen universe. Our mission is to:

Expand influence across sectors and trade routes.

Coordinate operations across combat, mining, logistics, and support roles.

Ensure all members contribute to and benefit from the organization’s success.

Build a lasting legacy of strategic dominance, resource management, and operational excellence.

Article II – Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership is open to all pilots willing to uphold Hollow Division’s principles, regardless of preferred playstyle (combat, mining, logistics, support).

Section 2: Roles
Members may choose or be assigned to specialized divisions:

Combat Division – Tactical operations, defense, and offensive engagements.

Mining & Resource Division – Extraction, processing, and transport of raw materials.

Logistics & Trade Division – Supply chain management, fleet coordination, and transport operations.

Support Division – Repair, medics, communications, intelligence, and mission coordination.

Section 3: Responsibilities

Members must adhere to the organization’s rules, maintain communication, and participate in operations relevant to their role.

All members are expected to support the growth and security of Hollow Division.

Article III – Leadership Structure

Section 1: Executive Council
The Executive Council is the decision-making body responsible for organizational strategy, growth, and governance. Positions include:

Admiral – Overall leaders of Hollow Division.

Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Oversees combat and tactical operations.

Chief Resource Officer (CRO) – Oversees mining, logistics, and economic strategy.

Chief Support Officer (CSO) – Oversees support, intelligence, and coordination.

Section 2: Division Leaders
Each division has a Leader responsible for directing operations, coordinating members, and reporting to the Executive Council.

Section 3: Decision-Making
Strategic decisions require Executive Council approval. Division Leaders implement operations in alignment with council directives while retaining tactical flexibility.

Article IV – Operations

Section 1: Engagements
All operations, whether combat, resource gathering, trade, or support, are conducted to maximize Hollow Division’s growth, influence, and member benefit.

Section 2: Coordination
Operations must be coordinated through official channels. Cross-division collaboration is encouraged to ensure efficiency, security, and strategic advantage.

Section 3: Expansion Policy

Target sectors are evaluated for strategic value and resource potential.

Expansion is approved by the Executive Council.

All members may contribute expertise relevant to their division to ensure sustainable growth.

Article V – Conduct and Ethics

Members shall act with integrity, respect, and loyalty to Hollow Division.

Betrayal, theft, or deliberate sabotage is grounds for immediate removal.

All members, regardless of playstyle, are treated equally and valued for their contributions.

Conflict with other organizations should be handled strategically, not recklessly.

Article VI – Legacy and Governance

Hollow Division shall maintain records of operations, growth, and achievements.

Leadership positions may be re-evaluated periodically to ensure effective management and alignment with the organization’s mission.

The focus of Hollow Division is sustainable expansion, member inclusion, and enduring influence across the verse.

Article VII – Ratification

This charter is ratified upon approval by the founding Executive Council and shall serve as the guiding framework for all current and future members of Hollow Division. Amendments may be proposed by any Council member and require majority approval of the Executive Council for enactment.
