“You cannot defeat someone who has already been defeated”… that is the guiding principle of the Hobos. We live as homeless bums with nothing to lose, determined to wipe out wealth and greed.

History

Before the beginning of the beginning of time… there was the darkness… full of darkly darkish dark stuff…

That quickly became boring…

Then there began the light… with a bit of the moderately darkish stuff in the middle… and a sizable amount of darkly darkish dark stuff still hanging around…

Life began and some people got rich. Some people stayed poor, and the rich people treated the poor like crap.

The poor could not fight back as they were disorganized and scattered.

One day that changed…

On a winter’s morning, two homeless people gathered around a burning 44-gallon drum for warmth.

They discussed the ever increasing gap between the rich and the poor, theories about Jar Jar Binks being a Sith, their common dislike of “The Matrix Revolutions”, and finally committed to band together and fight back against the accumulation of wealth and oppression of the poor.

This event became known as “The First Brunch” and from there, The Hobo Brotherhood was born.

Manifesto

1. Decide your own life, don’t let another person run or rule you.

2. When in town, always respect the local law and officials unless the name of the day contains a ‘y’, and “try” to be a gentleman at all times.

3. Don’t take advantage of someone who is in a vulnerable situation, locals or other hobos… unless that someone is a rich person.

4. Always try to find work, even if temporary, and always seek out jobs nobody wants… such as killing rich people. By doing so you not only help a community along, but ensure employment should you return to that town again.

5. When no employment is available, make your own work by using your added talents at crafts… such as the craft of killing rich people.

6. Do not allow yourself to become a stupid drunk and set a bad example for locals’ treatment of other hobos. Stay sober enough that you can still kill a rich person with a plastic spoon and a set of chopsticks.

7. When jungling in town, respect handouts, do not wear them out, another hobo will be coming along who will need them as badly, if not worse than you.

8. Always respect nature, do not leave garbage where you are jungling… unless a rich person is amongst the nature, such as when they are hiking. In such a situation, kill them, bury the dead rich person in your pile of garbage and then set the pile on fire.

9. If in a community jungle, always pitch in and help out by killing rich people.

10. Try to stay clean, and boil up wherever possible. Preferably boil up a rich person’s head.

11. When traveling, ride your space ship respectfully, take no personal chances, cause no problems with the operating crew or host company, act like an extra crew member, and encourage the crew to kill rich people.

12. Do not cause problems in a spaceport, another hobo will be coming along who will need passage through that port. Unless the situation involves a rich person, in such a circumstance, cause all the problems you like.

13. Do not allow other hobos to become social media influencers, expose all influencers to authorities or kill them, they are the second worst garbage to infest any society, the worst is still rich people.

14. Help all runaways and try to induce them to return home, unless they are rich. In that circumstance, kill them and burn their belongings.

15. Help your fellow hobos whenever and wherever needed, you may need their help someday.

16. If present at a hobo court and you have testimony, give it. Whether for or against the accused, your voice counts!

Charter

Mission Statement
We, the Hobo Brotherhood, unite as a force for justice and equality throughout the cosmos. Our mission is to battle against the unchecked wealth and privilege of the affluent, striving to bring balance to the universe by supporting the marginalized and impoverished. We believe that in the realm of the galaxies, everyone should have the right to a fair share of the cosmic abundance.

Vision
We envision a universe where resources are distributed equitably, where no one sleeps beneath the cold, empty stars (unless they really want to, like true Hobos), and where every being, regardless of their origin or station, can enjoy the warmth of sustenance, dignity and a burning 44-gallon drum. We are committed to making this vision a reality through resourceful and unconventional means.

Guiding Principles
1. Resourcefulness: Our strength lies in our ability to make do with what is at hand. We prefer everyday kitchen implements as our weapons, for they symbolize our resourcefulness, resilience, and the power of ordinary individuals in the Empire.
2. Solidarity: We stand together as one, united in our mission to champion the underprivileged. Our intergalactic brotherhood transcends boundaries, species, and planets, fostering a sense of unity and common purpose (apart from rich people).
3. Violence of Action: While we battle against the rich, our cause is just, and our means are creative and incredibly lethal. We seek to harm or destroy rich people in order to redress imbalances in the universe.
4. Empathy: We understand the plight of the impoverished, for all hobos have experienced it firsthand. Our actions are guided by compassion, seeking to uplift those in need and build bridges of understanding (apart from… you guessed it… rich people).
5. Hobo Family: We welcome all beings (apart from rich people, and social media influencers) who share our vision, regardless of their origins, species, or past. In our ranks, diversity is our strength, and unity is our purpose.

Objectives
1. Redistribute Wealth: Through excessively violent means and creative resourcefulness, we aim to redirect wealth and resources from the rich to the poor, ensuring a more equitable distribution across the galaxies.
2. Provide for the Needy: We shall provide sustenance, shelter, and support to the impoverished and marginalized beings of the universe, offering them the hope and help they deserve.
3. Raise Awareness: We shall raise awareness of the unjust disparities in wealth and privilege, sparking discussions and actions that lead to the downfall and destruction of the wealthy.
4. Protect the Vulnerable: We shall stand as guardians, protecting those unable to protect themselves, and advocating for their rights to a dignified existence.
5. Foster Unity: We will build alliances with like-minded organizations and individuals, working collaboratively to maximize the impact of our actions and extend our reach.

Code of Conduct
1. We shall always cause physical harm or death to rich people, no matter how wealthy or privileged they may be.
2. We shall respect the rights and sovereignty of every planet, species, and individual, never trespassing on their territories without consent, unless they’re a planet of rich people.
3. We shall conduct our missions with discretion and avoid collateral damage, apart from damage to rich people, their assets and infrastructure.
4. We shall practice humility and gratitude, remembering our own humble beginnings and the support we receive.
5. We shall hold ourselves accountable for every rich person we kill, and to remind ourselves of that accountability we shall, wherever practicable, collect their dead bodies and display them at an altar of souls that is maintained on each hobo vessel and every hobo settlement.
6. We shall always act in the best interests of the impoverished and underprivileged, and in the worst interests of rich people.

Deployment
Our brotherhood shall operate throughout the universe, traveling among the stars to find those in need. We shall conduct covert and creative operations to destroy the rich, promote wealth redistribution and support the poor.

Conclusion
The Hobo Brotherhood stands united in our mission to bring balance to the universe. With resourcefulness, violence of action, and a dedication to justice, we shall continue our battle against the rich, using everyday kitchen implements as symbols of our commitment to this noble cause. Together, we can make the universe a better, fairer place for all its inhabitants.
