Horizon Acquisitions started as a lone crew consisting of a mixture of former UEE military personnel, Advocacy Agents and civilians of questionable background who became known for using piracy tactics against the most violent gangs in Pyro to secure supplies and high end goods for their various clients. This proved successful enough that the crew decided to form their own organisation and as such Horizon Acquisitions was founded. A now renowned company that specialises in acquiring goods, resources and even rescuing people from dangerous areas of the Verse.

### Back Story

Horizon Acquisitions began as a lone, daring crew — a motley mix of former UEE military personnel, Advocacy agents, and civilians of questionable repute. Operating deep within the volatile Pyro system, this group earned a reputation for employing unconventional, often pirate-like tactics against the most violent gangs in the sector. Their missions focused on securing supplies and high-value goods for clients who required results where diplomacy failed.

Their success and notoriety laid the foundation for the formation of Horizon Acquisitions, a fully organized and respected company. Today, Horizon Acquisitions stands as a renowned acquisitions and recovery firm, specializing in the retrieval of goods, resources, and personnel from the most dangerous reaches of the Verse.

### The Board of Directors

Horizon Acquisitions is governed by its Board of Directors, comprised of the leaders of each specialized branch.

Each branch leader retains full operational authority within their division and reports directly to the Board. The Board convenes when decisions concerning the strategic direction, major policies, or inter-branch coordination of the organization must be made.

Member An active, contributing participant within the Horizon community. Supports operations and upholds the organization’s standards.
Contractor A newcomer or part-time associate of the organization. May assist in missions or contracts while being evaluated for full membership.

### Corsairs — Acquisition & Logistics

The Corsairs specialize in acquiring materials, resources, and valuables from both NPC and player-operated ships and outposts.
Combining combat proficiency with logistical efficiency, the Corsairs operate where others will not — securing assets with minimal cost and maximum precision.

  • Target interdiction and boarding
  • Cargo retrieval and redistribution
  • Salvage and recovery operations
  • Escort and defense for corporate logistics
