Hoxton Logistics:

Originally founded by Hoxton Breycore in 2899 as “Hoxton Freight and Cargo” which specialized in small routine runs to deliver food, medical supplies, weapons, ammunition, raw materials, and even passengers to outposts, planets, and stations. From 2899 to 2935 he ran the company as its sole employee, with the same ship he maintained himself until he passed away after a heart attack (age 68) during a shipping run.

Within a week of his death “Hoxton Freight and Cargo” assets were seized and liquidated by the UEE authorities for unpaid taxes, and expired transporting permits.

5 years later, Hoxton’s grandson was honorably discharged from the military where he served as an Rifle Platoon Leader in the 5th Ranger Brigade through a number of combat campaigns spanning the corners of the galaxy. When he returned home, he began the work to plan out and rebuild his grandfathers company.

Starting from scratch with only a modest loan, and an old data slate of contacts and suppliers off world, 2nd Lieutenant Grayven Breycore vowed to honor his beloved grandfather and established “Hoxton Logistics”. The company grew quickly as many of his grandfathers contacts were more than eager to connect with a descendant of their old trusted friend and ally. Within a matter of months, Breycore was able to buy a new Freelancer MAX and begin to expand his company.

As emerging colonization of outer rim worlds increased, Breycore began to negotiate and sign exclusive contracts for colonial logistics, exploration, and security assets across a number of different systems.

His first effort was to recruit a team worthy of his grandfathers name and vision…

Masyks Sirvilla was the first to join, as a veteran combat pilot with the UEE’s famed 8th fleet, he had flown over four hundred combat missions with the scars, skills and stories to prove it. Masyks had flown for years alongside Meyson Breycore (Graven’s younger Brother) as his wingman. When Meyson heard about his brothers venture to rebuild his grandfathers company he recruited Masyks to join up along with him. Masyks was quickly promoted to Operations Officer where he serves as the primary combat flight officer.

Jonathan “Jytra” Westfield was a former contract pilot, explorer, and a close family friend of the Sirvillas, who found himself caught in the crossfire between UEE forces and the [REDACTED] blockade in the [REDACTED] system sometime in [REDACTED]. Despite heavy damage to his craft – a early-model Constellation Andromeda – and the loss of two of his crew, Westfield managed to push through the combatants to recover the UEE Ranger unit stranded on [REDACTED]. By sheer happenstance, the unit’s commanding officer was Grayven Breycore, the older brother of Meyson Breycore, whom he had known through Masyks Sirvilla some years prior. After the extraction and his debriefing by UEE, along with the testimony of Breycore himself, Westfield was presented with the Star of Orion, one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a civilian within the UEE. Additionally, he was gifted a new vessel, an Anvil Systems Carrack he christened the “Will of Osiris”, as reconciliation for the loss of his previous vessel and crewmen.

Five years later, Westfield was contacted by Breycore and invited to work alongside him in a business venture: the rebuilding of Hoxton Logistics. He gratefully accepted the offer, and brought with him his crew, and a newly retrofitted and combat-ready Andromeda for the fleet, which he had dubbed “Judgement of Anubis”, joking that wherever Sirvilla and Breycore went, trouble was sure to follow.

Hoxton Logistics Roster:

Hoxton Operations Officer
Primary responsibilities

  • Flight Operations: The Officer is responsible for all preflight route planning (in concert with all Hoxton Group Leaders) with an emphasis on armed security and active patrol patterns. The Officer will establish and set all formation requirements to ensure adequate security perimeters are in place throughout the contract.
  • Ship Armament: The Operations Officer is responsible for the appropriate recommended weapons load-out for all ships after reviewing the analysis from the Intelligence Officer. Responsibility also includes the procurement of all ship based weapons and munitions for direct access and install from the corporations deck armory.
  • R.O.E. planning: The Operations Officer will create and brief all pilots on the rules of engagement which will include all escape, evade, and direct action plans per the analysis provided.
  • Risk Management: At the time of contract procurement, the Operations Officer (in concert with the Tactical Officer) will advise and asses the risk before a bid can be released. This is to ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect the companies personnel, infrastructure, and interests.
  • Combat Flight Leader: Command and Control of all flight combat operations will transfer to the Officer automatically when Hoxton Assets are engaged by a hostile force while en-route. The Officer will then coordinate all forces until the threat is eliminated and then transfer command and control functions back to the Flight leader and resume his coordination and formation of the escort team.

Hoxton Intelligence Officer
Primary responsibilities

  • Intelligence: The officer will be in charge of briefing the Hoxton officer group on information regarding the Pre-flight route (in concert with all Hoxton Officers) which will include assets in sector, threats, level of UEE and known piracy presence. The officer will provide a full debrief of multiple options for routes, timetables, and long range scan reports in order to effectively ensure contract can be completed on time and under budget.
  • Navigation: The Officer will be in charge of calibrating all navigation computers, and advise in real time any route changes as well as dedicated sensor support for both long range and intermediate scans to detect, deter ,or evade against threats. The officer will be responsible for all procurement of ship based navigation and sensor equipment for direct access and install from the corporations hangar inventory.
  • Communications: The Officer will be in charge of the Corporation communications system. The officer will be in charge of all communication channels, maintenance, and upgrades both in hangar and in flight.
  • Exploration Flight Leader: the Officer will take command and control over all Hoxton assets while on Deep Space Exploration contracts.

Hoxton Tactical Officer
Primary responsibilities

  • Asset recovery: The officer is in charge of all asset recovery. Assets may include personnel, inventory, and intelligence.
  • Mission personnel Load-outs: The Officer will be responsible for the review and assignment of all small arms to personnel in accordance to the needs to the mission parameters and available intelligence.
  • Small Arms Procurement: The officer will be in charge of maintaining the corporations armory. Small arms may include all personnel based weapons (Rifles, Carbines, Sidearms,) for direct access from the corporations armories. All purchases, modifications, and training are to be coordinated by the tactical officer.
  • Ground Operations Leader: The officer will take command and control over all ground units while on asset recovery or rescue operations. In addition, the Officer will coordinate all contracts in the apprehension, or transport of personnel.
