Our ranks are by clearance levels in the corporation E1 is a new recruit (To be a E1 you must apply and be accepted by HR and follow the rules), E2 is a middle employee (To be a E2 you must be ether trained in a course and pass with high remarks or be singled out by a higher ranking person in the company for this position), E3 is a senior employee (To be a E3 you must be with the company for at least a year and be active also while following the rules[you must apply to be in this position in the official application channel]), O1 is a manager (to be O1 you must be hand picked by a O2 or higher and interviewed by an O2 or higher), O2 is a executive or officer (To be O2 you must work your way up the latter and be approved by the board or the president), O3 is trusted members that the founder placed on his board of directors(To be O3 you must be hand picked by the president and approved by the board).
