Amid this uncertainty, three extraordinary leaders emerged, each from a different sector of space but bound by a shared purpose.
• Grand Admiral OrionPax – a brilliant strategist known for commanding large-scale fleet operations and defending vulnerable colonies.
• Grand Admiral Saniraf – a master diplomat and explorer whose efforts connected isolated Filipino settlements across multiple systems.

Though their paths differed, their vision was one: to unite, protect, and uplift Filipino starfarers across the galaxy.

The Founding on Bagong Liwanag Station

On the orbital station Bagong Liwanag, the three Grand Admirals convened leaders from Filipino colonies, merchant guilds, civilian fleets, and independent captains. Over long nights of debate, planning, and alliance-building, a unified charter was born.

Thus, the Intergalactic Federation of Philippines (IFPH) was established—an interstellar alliance built on unity, culture, and mutual strength.
