Through the deployment of small, highly skilled teams, ORCA has continually demonstrated the capability to punch up by destroying not only numerous capital-class ships, but also large squadrons of enemy fighter pilots. ORCA stands to defeat foes of all calibres.

ORCA is guided towards its goal of PvP domination through its values of ruthlessness, mastery, integrity and teamwork. Ruthlessness is the unending thirst for fresh blood and the drive to push for futher violence. Mastery is the pursuit of continuous improvement, particularly in the development of fighter pilot skills. Integrity guides ORCA’s members to act within the scope of the game rules and fight with honour. ORCA does not utilise bugs, hacks, cheeses or zerg tactics to win fights, integrity does not exclude non-combative players from ORCA’s prey. Teamwork is ORCA’s key to combat prowess, domination is achieved through clear communication and coordination. Additionally, ORCA members look after their mates wellbeing.

ORCA does not believe in traditional or bureaucratic organisational structures, and as such, holds minimal differing levels of authority within the organisation. Within ORCA, all members are valued equally amongst their brothers and sisters.
