History

In 2954, two corporations, Goldman International and J&A Corporation, merged to form the Interstellar Resource & Material Authority. Both companies had equally similar and ambitious interests and ideals; for this reason, both of the companies’ CEOs thought it best to combine their efforts rather than to be each other’s competition.

Manifesto

At the heart of the IRMA lies a conviction that boundaries, petty politics, and government red tape cannot constrain progress. It looks outward to limitless frontiers brimming with opportunity. This potential requires direction, and who else but IRMA to deliver? To us, the farthest horizons are not dreams of the past, but resources to be shaped and cultivated through the dedication of our brave pioneers.

The I.R.M.A. Company Charter

Section one: The Board

  1. The Board, consisting of the Co-Board Presidents, being the CEOs of the former corporations, Goldman and J&A, and the Board members.
  1. As referred to in Section 1-1, the Board therefore has ultimate control over any assets, resources, and employees in the company.
  1. The Co-Board Presidents each have a 50/50 stake in the company.
  1. Decisions will be decided by vote within the Board, with a 2/3 majority being the deciding factor.
