History

Iron Clover Industries didn’t start with some grand plan. It grew out of a few people who were simply good at what they did and decided to work together instead of alone.

At the center is the commander flying a Perseus, not as a symbol of authority, but as the anchor when things get messy. Around that, the Org took shape naturally. Zathoxic built up the repair and engineering side, making sure ships stay running when others would have called it quits. Skullbasher brought in the Liberator and turned logistics into something flexible and dependable instead of a headache. Kezzabrek focused on cargo hauling, keeping credits flowing and making sure effort actually pays off.

Over time, it became clear what Iron Clover Industries is about. Not flash. Not noise. Just people who know their role and show up ready to do it properly.

Manifesto

Iron Clover Industries is built on consistency, not chaos.

Everyone is expected to know their role and take it seriously, but without overcomplicating things. The goal is simple: show up prepared, do your part, and support the team.

No one is here to play solo in a group setting. Success comes from coordination, trust, and keeping things running smoothly across the board.

We don’t aim to be the biggest group out there. We aim to be one of the most reliable.

Charter

Iron Clover Industries is structured around a small core, built on the four founding members who each represent a key part of how the Org operates.

Leadership is kept simple and practical. Decisions are made with the group in mind, and responsibilities are clearly defined so nothing falls through the cracks.

Every member has a role to play, and every role matters. Whether supporting operations, keeping things running, or ensuring progress, the expectation is the same: be dependable and contribute to the whole.

The Org is intentionally kept at a manageable size to maintain cohesion, trust, and efficiency. This is not a place to get lost in numbers, but a place where each member is known and relied upon.
