Loyalty to Iron Nebula

Every member represents Iron Nebula, both in and outside organisational operations.

Loyalty to the organisation and its members is expected at all times.

Members must not knowingly undermine, betray or sabotage the organisation.

Internal disputes must be handled through the appropriate chain of command.

Members must not disclose confidential operational information, fleet movements or strategic plans to rival organisations.

Personal ambitions must never come before the survival and success of Iron Nebula.

The Pirate Code

Iron Nebula is a pirate faction. Piracy is central to our identity, operations and economic ambitions.

Piracy is a legitimate organisational activity and members are expected to respect that identity.

Members may participate in interdiction, cargo theft, ransom operations, ambushes, territorial intimidation and other approved pirate activities.

Operations must be conducted with planning and purpose, not random aggression.

Ransom agreements must be honoured once payment has been received.

Members must not promise safe passage or protection and deliberately violate that agreement.

Captured cargo, ransom payments and other spoils must be distributed according to organisational policy.

Members must not abandon fellow pirates during an operation without a valid reason.

We seek profit, influence and reputation. Unnecessary destruction that damages those objectives should be avoided.

Our word has value. Our reputation is our currency.

Respect and Conduct

Respect fellow members regardless of rank, experience or chosen profession.

Harassment, discrimination, personal abuse and intimidation of fellow members will not be tolerated.

No member may use organisational authority to bully or exploit another member.

Arguments must not disrupt active operations.

Members must maintain professional behaviour in organisational communications.

Personal disagreements must not become organisational conflicts.

Operational Discipline

Members participating in operations must follow instructions from the designated operation commander.

Fleet commanders have authority over their assigned operations.

Voice communications must remain clear and relevant during engagements.

Members must not engage targets that compromise an operation without authorisation.

Members must report significant threats, intelligence and operational developments.

Members must understand their assigned role before deployment.

Members must not deliberately compromise friendly ships, positions or objectives.

When an operation is called off, members must follow withdrawal instructions.

Discipline wins battles. Coordination wins territory.

Fleet and Asset Rules

Organisational ships and equipment must be treated with respect.

Members must not knowingly damage, steal or misuse another member’s assets.

Fleet assets must be returned or accounted for after authorised operations.

Ships assigned to an operation must be used for their intended purpose.

Members must not claim organisational resources for personal gain without permission.

Losses and damage involving organisational assets must be reported.

Spoils, Cargo and Ransom

Organisational operations must have an agreed loot and profit distribution arrangement.

Members must not secretly divert shared loot for personal benefit.

Ransom payments must be reported and distributed according to the agreed operation terms.

Valuable intelligence and captured resources must be reported to the appropriate commander.

Personal loot obtained outside organisational operations belongs to the individual unless otherwise agreed.

Any disputes regarding distribution must be raised through the chain of command.

Recruitment and Membership

New members must demonstrate respect for the organisation’s principles.

Recruitment is subject to approval by authorised leadership.

New members must familiarise themselves with the Iron Nebula rules.

Members are encouraged to contribute to operations, development and organisational activities.

Repeated inactivity without communication may result in membership review.

Members must not recruit individuals known to be actively working against Iron Nebula.

Diplomacy and Rival Organisations

Only authorised leadership may establish formal alliances or agreements on behalf of Iron Nebula.

Members must not independently declare organisational wars or conflicts.

Members must not disclose diplomatic discussions without authorisation.

Existing agreements and non-aggression arrangements must be respected.

Hostile organisations must be treated according to current leadership directives.

Members must not compromise organisational interests through unauthorised negotiations.

Prohibited Behaviour

The following activities are prohibited within Iron Nebula:

Deliberately attacking or sabotaging fellow members.

Stealing organisational assets.

Exploiting game bugs or cheats for an unfair advantage.

Harassing players or engaging in targeted real-world abuse.

Using prohibited exploits such as pad ramming.

Breaking agreed ransom terms.

Disclosing confidential organisational information.

Impersonating leadership or issuing unauthorised orders.

Deliberately sabotaging an organisational operation.

Piracy is our profession. Disrespect and dishonour are not.

Discipline and Enforcement

Failure to follow the Iron Code may result in disciplinary action.

Depending on severity, leadership may impose:

Verbal warning.

Formal written warning.

Temporary suspension from operations.

Removal of organisational privileges.

Demotion in rank.

Removal from Iron Nebula.

Serious misconduct, betrayal, theft or deliberate sabotage may result in immediate removal.

Leadership reserves the right to review disciplinary decisions.
