Corporate Charter

Article I — Our Purpose

Ironwake Industries is an independent industrial organization dedicated to resource extraction, salvage, cargo logistics, refuelling, and cooperative operations throughout the ‘verse.

Our purpose is to create an environment where pilots can pursue their ambitions, develop their skills, and prosper through cooperation and shared opportunity.

We are united by a common belief: no great industry is built by one person alone.

Article II — Membership & Respect

Every member of Ironwake Industries is entitled to respect, regardless of experience, fleet size, wealth, or position within the organization.

We expect our members to:

• Treat fellow members and other citizens with courtesy and professionalism.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Offer guidance and assistance when reasonably able.
• Resolve disagreements constructively rather than through hostility or personal attacks.
• Represent Ironwake Industries in a manner consistent with our values.

Harassment, discrimination, deliberate sabotage, and malicious behaviour have no place within our ranks.

Article III — Freedom & Participation

Ironwake Industries is built around cooperation, not obligation.

We recognize that our members have responsibilities beyond the ‘verse. Real life will always take priority over organizational activities.

• Participation in operations is voluntary unless otherwise agreed upon for a specific event.
• Members are free to pursue independent ventures and personal goals.
• No minimum playtime or mandatory attendance is required.
• Members are encouraged, but never obligated, to participate in organizational activities.

We measure a member’s value by their character and contributions, not their hours logged.

Article IV — Operations & Cooperation

Successful industrial operations depend on preparation, coordination, and mutual trust.

During organized activities, members are expected to:

• Respect the designated operation leader and agreed-upon objectives.
• Communicate clearly and cooperate with their assigned crews.
• Operate responsibly and avoid unnecessarily endangering personnel or equipment.
• Respect the ownership of personal ships, equipment, and resources.
• Honour agreed-upon arrangements regarding cargo, resources, expenses, and profits.

Operational leadership exists to coordinate efforts, not to establish superiority over fellow members.

Every role matters, from the pilot breaking the first asteroid to the hauler delivering the final shipment.

Article V — Fairness & Prosperity

The success of Ironwake Industries should create opportunities for those who contribute to it.

We believe in fair dealing, transparency, and recognizing the efforts of our members.

• Profit-sharing arrangements will be communicated before organized operations whenever practical.
• Members retain ownership of their personal assets unless voluntarily agreed otherwise.
• Organizational resources and shared equipment are to be used responsibly.
• No member shall deliberately exploit another member’s time, resources, or generosity.

Our goal is collective prosperity without sacrificing individual independence.

Article VI — Conduct Within the ‘Verse

Ironwake Industries operates as a legitimate industrial organization.

While the frontier presents dangers and difficult decisions, our reputation is built upon reliability, professionalism, and trust.

• Piracy, extortion, and unprovoked attacks are not sanctioned organizational activities.
• Members may defend themselves, their crews, and their assets against hostile actions.
• Security and defensive operations may be undertaken when necessary to protect organizational interests.
• Members shall not use the Ironwake name to justify harassment, griefing, or deliberate disruption of other players’ experiences.

We seek opportunity through industry, not through the exploitation of those who cannot defend themselves.

Article VII — Leadership & Accountability

Leadership within Ironwake Industries is a responsibility, not a privilege.

Those entrusted with organizational authority are expected to act fairly, communicate openly, and place the well-being of the organization above personal interests.

Members are encouraged to offer suggestions, raise concerns, and contribute to the organization’s development.

Disputes and violations of this charter will be addressed fairly, with actions proportionate to the circumstances.
