History

ISS was founded as the org leader (Spectral_Furry) wanted to spread his wings from his previous org onto a new exploration in managing and creating the org of his dreams.

Manifesto

Interstellar Sabre Solutions Manifesto:

Economics growth policy;

  • We shall not rely on competing orgs for our economic profits, including alliances, we must be a self reliant organization.
  • Maintaining good trade routes within the verse is important. The verse is expansive, and its development is very exploitable.
  • Funding to each sector will be balanced to the requirements of current jobs, and what can be managed at that time.
  • Training for associates (and above) will be dependant on the persons requirements, though, we are currently focused towards military and industry training.

Serving the ISS militia;

  • The ISS shall not declare any wars, our military is here for defence.
  • The military sect will protect the industry sect and be budgeted, of which they cannot exceed.
  • The military sect will act as a hire-able private militia. All players and jobs must follow our stated moral code, punishment for violations of this code will be decided upon by the heads of departments.
  • Training is priority, to all players within the ISS, ships and equipment is provided but may not exceed budget.
  • The military may cross train to help assist when there is no event or decent pay-outs.

Industry foundations;

  • The industrial sect will be the backbone of the ISS and most essential after each wipe to increase the means of budget and support for jobs and further expansions.
  • Base building will be done by designated small teams to best optimise how layouts are designed.
  • Extra mining and salvage resources may be sold off if said resources are of low quality and high in stock.
  • When crafting arrives into the verse we will focus base blueprints, ship blueprints, vehicle blueprints, small arms blueprints and numerous others which are necessary for further progress.

Charter

Introduction:

Interstellar Sabre Solutions was founded on march 11th 2954. Younger than many competing orgs, but with our purpose of creating an organization which is focused on self-reliance and giving new players a chance at gaining skills within the verse, we decided its creation absolutely necessary.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the organization you must have fun and respect each player.

No matter what point you are at in the game, we have an open door for you.

We ask that conduct with players is with a respectful and friendly demeanour, within and outside the verse.

Most important of all, we do not expect you to be on 24/7.
Simply just hop into the chat and enjoy the game while helping build this community together.

Organizational Structure:

The Three Heads of the ISS are Spectral, Adds360 and Sloth who will each deal with major trade deals and alliances while the heads of department will focus on how to best understand strategy for combat or industry depending on which role they have.

The next stage down is the head of department being specialised on a set role i.e. “head of air combat”, focusing their knowledge and strategy on the role specified for them.

The last role of leadership are supervisors which help with day to day tasks helping players out.

Outside of leadership is associate, assigned to those who have been in the organizaton for a couple months.

Finally, everyone starts as a junior associate.
