History

In the 1980s, Big Boss established a fully independent nation, “Outer Heaven”, 200 kilometers north of Galzburg, South Africa.
Outer Heaven became a sanctuary for disillusioned soldiers, where they would not be used as pawns of their government; and where they would always have a place—be it on the battlefield, or in society in general.

Manifesto

We primarily created this org as a safe haven for all sorts of players, free of toxicity, bigotry, injustice and discrimination, focused on democracy, giving all members of the community a voice and a vote on any decission taken for the community. Our mission is to create a community where everyone can be themselves without fear. We are all here to bask in the glory that is Star Citizen, have fun, and build long lasting friendships.

Charter

1. 18+ Only content shared by our members may be considered explicit at times, so we do not allow minors through the gates.

2. Full Membership will be granted after a vote by all members, there is no set time limit, as we value interaction over activity.

3. Recruits will be evaluated on their behaviour and interaction with the organisation prior to any votes.

4. Griefing and other toxic behaviour will not be tolerated (i.e. Pad Ramming/Targeting/Slurs)

5. Attacking other members or allies of the organisation will see you removed, unless consensual. Messaging a friend to interrupt events is considered an attack by you and will also see you promptly removed from the community.

6. Any issues arising from gameplay grievances will be solved in the discord, not in game. Message the admins if required to help mediate. We will always try to see both sides of an argument.

DISCORD RULES/REQUIREMENTS

1. Rude, racist, sexist, bigoted, etc. behaviour will not be tolerated. We are here to come together and have fun. No offensive, NSFW, or otherwise inappropriate nicknames/profile customisations. Nazi propaganda/profiles, and idolisation of other groups/people who committed human rights abuse will result in a permanent ban.

2. Do not post or advertise other organizations in this discord. Although we don’t have any issue with being affiliated with other organisations, our discord is not a platform to recruit. Anyone looking to join another organisation is free to search reddit.

3. Although we do allow NSFW content, we are not your personal wank-bank. Keep the hard stuff to your more colourful discord servers please.

4. As we are a PMC Organisation, we are open to delegates or diplomats from other groups offering us contracts, if you have something you’d like us to do, contact our staff.

5. Anyone unsure of if they would like to join or not may be granted a visitor tag. This will allow 24 hours of access to General voice chat before being revoked.

6. Please ensure that your discord handle matches your RSI one.

Remember, this is a place to enjoy yourself and play games. Don’t take shit too seriously.
