History
Founded in 2948 by a trio of ruffians and miscreants looking for more to life than settling down with a woman they barely know, popping out a couple kids that make sure to point out their every flaw and failure as a man and going through the motions of life cause that’s what being a real man is all about. No sir, these men decided to break the mold, pull up their big boy pants and strike off into the verse looking for fame and fortune, but with little idea of how to find it or what would be involved to get there.

Here you can sit on your ass all day watching your mining laser do the work. You can plop down in your comfy chair and haul cargo back and forth till you get sores. Want a little excitement? Well hop behind the stick of an advanced killing machine and hunt lowlifes till your heart’s content. We have it all. Become a Privateer and make your own hours, your own money and only answer to the call of the great beyond… and us from time to time.
Charter
Kindred Factotum is a Jack-of-all-trades organization that specializes in nothing and jumps at any opportunity to make a buck so long as it doesn’t involve answering to some pencil neck behind a desk in a cubicle slightly bigger than your own. We:
- Prospect
- Haul cargo
- Run point
- Track down bratty little runaways
- Hunt scum
- Pick through the remains of heroic battles
- Deliver “supplies” when others may not be willing
Kindred Factotum operates within the law for the most part, but we understand that sometimes the job needs to get done and occasionally the ends do justify the means. We do not go knocking people off as part of the means however. We are Privateers, not assassins.
