Originally founded by legendary engineering and physicist genius Zhao Chang, KoreTec Logistics is dedicated to the advancement of human knowledge and form.

KoreTec is a startup company that hopes to cement a reputation as diligent and hardworking while expediting deliveries and labor with maximum efficiency to all clients.

Wall of KTL’s History (All headcanon):

2025 – Zhao Chang is born.

2050 – Zhao Chang founds KoreTec on Kickstarter, a startup company with the goal of revolutionizing technology, engineering, and medicine.

2051 – Zhao Chang designs TOAST-E, the worlds first self-aware toaster. Unfortunately, Chang did not give TOAST-E free-will or bread to toast, and thus, led to the toaster going insane and malfunctioning.

2058 – KoreTec Logistics LLC grows to becoming a multinational organization and leader in technology and engineering.

2065 – KoreTec R&D invents a revolutionary model of prosthesis that directly uplinks with the human mind through a cranial implant dubbed NeuroWave.

2070 – KoreTec R&D invents KorEye, a revolutionary hyper-AI designed to monitor and regulate all KTL assets.

May 3, 2075 – KoreTec Logistics LLC supports RSI in the release of the first Quantum Drive, and buys them in bulk.

2080 – KTL releases a revolutionary Photonic Resonance Generator, capable of imbuing a shield with approximately 40,000 volts of “electro-solar matter.”

2088 – KTL releases a revolutionary engine dubbed the “Q-Drive” that utilizes “Qoo Dust” to power itself, proving far more effective than cold fusion engines.

May 9th, 2099 – KTL hosts the “Century-Buster,” a massive party inviting “all human beings on Earth” to it, notorious for causing millions of deaths and two skyscrapers to collapse.

2100 – KTL is acquitted for crimes against humanity due to the previous year.

2105 – KTL releases the NeuroWave V. 8.4, enabling human beings to psionically interface with any KTL technology.

2108 – KTL formally apologizes for extinguishing millions of human lives on accident 9 years prior.

2110 – KTL attempts to patent terraforming technology, but due to a clerical error and instead patents “Terror-Forming.”

2120 – KTL publicly supports the terraforming of Mars despite being upset at RSI patenting Terraforming 7 years prior.

2123 – KTL secures a lucrative contract to assist with the Mars Terraformation process for $9.6 billion

2125 – Due to oversight by KTL analysts and logistic officers concerning the appropriate level of oxygen, which was misinterpreted as “100%,” the Mars Tragedy occurs and kills all human life on Mars. However, KTL was not able to be blamed, as their terraforming outpost was carpet bombed mysteriously.

- Also, Zhao Chang celebrates his 100th birthday, ironically also dying the next day from heart failure.

- Also, unbeknownst to the public, Chang’s brain and spine were surgically removed and stored in a vat, thereby immortalizing him.

2127 – Jim Chang, Zhao Chang’s hotshot son, is appointed the new CEO of KTL.

2140 – KTL invents the second Starship, named R4-M3I.

2157 – KTL receives payment adjusted for inflation for terraforming Mars and claims a huge amount of credit, resulting in a statue of “KTL workers disintegrating” being built.

2160 – KTL establishes a branch on Mars dedicated to Worldbuilding and Terraforming named Kore Worlds Shaping, or KWS.

2180 – Jim Chang dies of a drug overdose and is replaced by a temporary CEO named Max Bannister until his illegitimate son, Wu Chang, comes of age.

2188 – Wu Chang consolidates his power as CEO by assassinating Max Bannister and his entire family as a statement that he is “willing to see things through to the end.”

2189 – Wu Chang is killed in a freak accident involving a shipment of quarters falling from sub-orbit, reaching terminal velocity and peppering him in a hail of fury, reducing him to a mass of flesh and gore.

2194 – KTL releases Techno-Organs, synthetic organs that can be grown in Qoo Goo to replace malfunctioning ones.

2199 – KTL attempts to throw another Century-Buster, but is legally barred by the UN and NATO.

2208 – KTL releases a new brand of EVA suits titled “KTL Wolfskin Maximum Comfort.”

2214 – KTL supports RSI releasing a new Quantum Drive capable of 1/10th the speed of light, but also claims they have invented a Qoo Drive that can go “1.5/10th” the speed of light, but refuses to release it so “nobody else can have it.”

2299 – KTL attempts to throw another Century-Buster, but is still legally barred by the UN and NATO.

2350- KTL releases a line of kitchen appliances that have self-awareness, no free-will, and an anti-suicide function.

2380 – KTL supports the advent of the UNE, and claims that “this will be a new slate for this glorious planet, and all past crimes against humanity shall be forgotten.”

2399 – KTL throws their second Century-Buster after 300 years of being legally barred, resulting once more in millions of human lives being extinguished by an outbreak of an experimental virus, and by the collapse of an entire city.

2400 – KTL is acquitted against crimes against humanity under the agreement that they never throw another “Century-Buster” party, and pay 18 billion UNC.

2438 – KTL, now led by CEO Magnus Chang, is one of the first to cause public outcry at the discover of the Banu, initially believing they were “trying to steal our brainwaves,”

2450 – KTL officially apologizes to the Banu and enters a lucrative trade agreement with them.

2499 – KTL throws a Century Buster in the Croshaw System, causing untold destruction. They escape prosecution due to “not being on Earth,” a loophole in the agreement they signed.

2518 – KTL establishes a corporate headquarters on Terra.

2523 – KTL is upset over the UNE being reformed into the UPE, meaning that the cease and desist order leveled against them applies to ALL UPE planets.

2541 – KTL is appalled at the Tevarin declaring war on Humanity, and begins to extend further into weapons development.

2542 – KTL invents and released the Qoo Mass Driver, a weapon capable of firing weaponized molten “Qoo-Goo,” some sort of gaseous-liquid sublimate that vaporizes flesh and metal on contact.

-Qoo-Goo was used by the UPE during the Battle of Idris-IV, causing untold destruction and critical loss of life for all parties involved.

-Qoo-Goo was deemed a weapon of mass destruction and a chemical agent, outlawed by the UPE.

2546 – KTL has made trillions off the Tevarin War, and fully supports the reformation of the UPE to the UEE under Prime Citizen Messer, once more due to “this meaning all past transgression must be forgotten for a brighter future.

2599 – The UEE waited in dread for the Century-Buster, but KTL did not throw one this century.

2603 – KTL supports the UEE once more in the second Tevarin war, lobbying for the legalization of Qoo-Goo, to little success.

2681 – KTL’s FOB in the Orion system is destroyed by the Vanduul raid, CEO Llewelyn Chang commented only with “What the literal fuck.”

2750 – KTL celebrates its 700th birthday

2795 – KTL Corporate and CEO Zhao Chang IV retort to the Fair Chance Act by calling it “lame” and “bad for business.”

2872 – KTL supports and invests in the construction of the first SynthWorld.

2899 – KTL throws a surprise Century-Buster after 400 years, causing near planet-wide devastation in three systems and causing an entire planet to become uninhabitable.

2928 – KTL publicly denounces Imperator candidate Kelos Costigan, claiming his name sounds “suspiciously like a cereal.”

2939 – KTL sends preliminary scouts and FOB’s into Stanton for 11-year assessment on the financial stability.

2949 – KTL gears up for their 900th birthday in the coming year.

-KoreTeComics, a branch of KTL, is created and publishes their first comic issue.
