History

THE SCHISM (2545 to 2560)

While the parent company, Pyrotechnic Amalgamated (PA), was pouring its final credits into the volatile operations of the Pyro system, a high-ranking director named Kageyama Kuroyama argued for a strategic pivot.

Kageyama recognized that the infrastructure in Pyro was a sunk cost. He advocated for a total withdrawal to the well established Stanton System. He saw Stanton as a corporate haven where profit was dictated by market dominance rather than solar flares. The PA board refused to listen, blinded by the promise of the massive ore deposits on Pyro II.

In 2558, just before PA’s total bankruptcy, Kageyama triggered a severance clause. He broke away from the main family firm and took a fleet of industrial ships, a core of elite security handlers, and the legal rights to specific acquisition patents.

THE STANTON CONSOLIDATION (2563 to 2800)

The parent company collapsed and its assets became the outlaws’ plaything now known as Ruin Station. Meanwhile, KUROYAMA Inc. thrived in the shadows of Stanton’s gas giants.

By operating as a daughter corporation with its own sovereign charter, KUROYAMA avoided the debt collectors that tore PA apart. They specialized in high stakes logistics and hostile asset acquisition. They essentially performed the sensitive tasks that the Big Four needed done but could not put on their official ledgers.

THE MODERN TRINITY (2800 to PRESENT)

Under the leadership of the current Board, the organization has refined itself into a surgical instrument of profit. It has evolved into a powerhouse with three distinct branches.

‣ Tactical Solutions Group (TSG): Born from the original security detachments and now a trained security and hireable force.
‣ Resource Extraction Group (REG): Utilizing the original mining patents to strip high value assets from the Verse.
‣ Asset Management Group (AMG): The modern evolution of the trade wing that ensures the flux of credits never stops.

CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY

KUROYAMA Inc. maintains a cold distance from UEE politics and local insurgencies. We do not fight for causes and we do not mine for progress. The coorporation operates for Profit. Whether the asset is a hull full of Quantainium or a contested space station, if it has value, it belongs to the Mountain.

Manifesto

THE KUROYAMA MANIFESTO

KUROYAMA Inc. is a declaration of fiscal intent. We reject the stagnation of political ideology and the inefficiency of moral constraints. The Corporation exists to establish a new standard of high-yield operations in the stars, built upon the relentless accumulation of assets and the absolute optimization of the acquisition cycle.

► Art. I: The Operational Ledger

The primary objective of KUROYAMA is the maximization of value. We do not seek to rule territory. We seek to dominate markets. The Corporation operates with a sovereign charter, answerable only to the bottom line. We function across all jurisdictions, legal, grey, and black, unhindered by external borders. Where there is profit, the Mountain resides.

► Art. II: The Operational Triad

KUROYAMA achieves systemic efficiency through three specialized divisions designed to close the loop on profitability. The Tactical Solutions Group (TSG) eliminates friction and secures the asset. The Resource Extraction Group (REG) strips raw value from the void. The Asset Management Group (AMG) governs the logistics that convert labor into liquidity. This Trinity ensures that every action taken by the Corporation generates a return.

► Art. III: The ROI Protocol

KUROYAMA engages only when the Return on Investment (ROI) is positive. Conflict is a cost. We do not spend ammunition on petty disputes or emotional wars. Every fleet movement is a calculated business transaction. We apply force with surgical precision to protect our margins. We are not soldiers. We are auditors with heavy ordnance.

► Art. IV: The Valuation of Talent

Human capital is an asset that must appreciate over time. KUROYAMA rejects tenure and social standing in favor of raw performance. Influence is purchased with results. Whether a Main Member or an Affiliate, only those who consistently increase the Corporation’s value will rise. We foster an environment where competence is the only currency that matters.

► Art. V: The Acquisition Mandate

Economic leverage is the true source of power. The Corporation aims to monopolize high-value industrial and logistical chains within our sectors of operation. By out-producing government entities and out-bidding commercial rivals, KUROYAMA intends to become the unavoidable bottleneck of industry. We will become an engine that the verse relies upon out of necessity.

► Art. VI: The Unitary Standard

KUROYAMA functions as a single, standardized brand. We are not a collective of individuals. We are a synchronized machine. Through uniform loadouts, disciplined comms, and coordinated maneuvering, we project an image of absolute professionalism. To the outsider, we are one entity: The Mountain.
