Oni Corp. traces its lineage back to the underground syndicates of 21st-century Earth, where values of loyalty, honor, and structure formed the foundation of their operations. When humanity expanded to the stars, descendants of these syndicates adapted, carrying their code into the far reaches of space.

By the late 29th century, Oni Corp. emerged as a legitimate enterprise in the Stanton system, officially branding itself as a freelance solutions provider. While competitors relied on raw force or unchecked ambition, Oni Corp. distinguished itself through precision, confidentiality, and an unwavering respect for contracts.

Over time, their reputation shifted from whispers in back alleys to respected partnerships with corporations and independent operators alike. Yet beneath their corporate polish remains the guiding philosophy that has endured for centuries: a promise of loyalty to those who honor their agreements, and swift, decisive action against those who do not.

In the vast expanse of space, where trust is scarce and survival is uncertain, we stand resolute. Oni Corp. exists not as a fleeting operation but as an enduring force—disciplined, loyal, and unyielding.

We believe in:

Honor in Every Contract – Our word is absolute. When Oni Corp. takes a mission, it is completed with precision and integrity.

Strength Through Discipline – We do not act recklessly. Every decision is measured, every action deliberate, every outcome assured.

Loyalty Above All – To our clients, our crew, and our code. Betrayal has no place in our ranks, nor in our dealings.

Adaptability in the Void – Whether in trade lanes, asteroid fields, or hostile territories, Oni Corp. thrives where others falter.

We are more than a business. We are a promise: that even in the chaos of Stanton and beyond, there are those who operate with clarity, structure, and respect.

Article I – Identity

Name: Oni Corp.
Motto: “Honor is our business model.”
Nature: Freelance solutions provider specializing in logistics, security, recovery, and precision operations across the Stanton system and beyond.

Article II – Purpose

Oni Corp. exists to provide disciplined, reliable, and confidential services to clients across the UEE and frontier systems. Our purpose is twofold:

To uphold the values of loyalty, honor, and discipline inherited from our legacy.

To establish a trusted reputation as the premier freelance organization in high-risk, high-value operations.

Article III – Values

Honor in Contract – Every agreement is binding. We fulfill commitments with precision and integrity.

Discipline in Action – Operations are executed with control, strategy, and respect for risk.

Loyalty in Brotherhood – Members support one another without hesitation. Internal betrayal is intolerable.

Discretion in Service – Client confidentiality is absolute; reputations are protected as fiercely as assets.

Adaptability in Adversity – Space is unforgiving, and so are we in overcoming its challenges.

Article IV – Structure

Kaidan (Chairman): Supreme authority and voice of Oni Corp.

Taishō (General): Oversees military/security operations.

Shunin (Division Leaders): Command logistics, smuggling, recovery, and support divisions.

Kaishain (Operatives): Freelancers and specialists carrying out contracts.

Shatei (Initiates): Recruits undergoing testing and indoctrination.

Article V – Membership

Members must swear loyalty to Oni Corp.’s code and its leadership.

Contracts with external organizations must be approved by leadership.

Acts of betrayal, dishonor, or reckless behavior against Oni Corp. are punishable by expulsion—or silence.

Article VI – Conduct

Oni Corp. respects neutrality when no contract exists.

All disputes are resolved internally with discipline.

Violence, deception, or retaliation outside Oni Corp. must be sanctioned by leadership.

Article VII – Legacy

We are not bound by borders or governments. Our loyalty is not to the UEE, the cartels, or the syndicates of old Earth. Our loyalty is to our word, our contracts, and our brothers and sisters in Oni Corp.
