Black Ledger didn’t start as a grand plan. It started as a problem.
When large orgs began dominating in-game events locking out solo players and smaller crews, monopolizing the best rewards, running closed-door operations that left everyone else with scraps two pilots decided enough was enough.
The org was founded on a simple principle: if you put in the work, you share in the reward. No exceptions. That meant building something from the ground up a syndicate where rank is earned, loot is split fairly, and no single person calls all the shots.
What began as a handful of pilots running ops together has grown into a structured syndicate with eyes on the whole verse. Stanton was the starting point. Pyro is next.
The verse rewards the organised. We intend to be organised.
Black Ledger exists for the pilots who got shut out, underpaid, or used. We built this syndicate so that doesn’t happen here. Every member contributes, every member earns.
We operate across the full spectrum: mining, hauling, salvage, bounties, combat ops. In hostile space, we take what we need. In safe systems, we move product. We don’t limit ourselves and we don’t apologise for how we operate.
The verse is changing. New systems, new resources, new conflicts. Black Ledger intends to be positioned for all of it not scrambling to catch up, but already there.

Black Ledger is governed by a Council. Each councillor leads a department: mining, combat operations, logistics, carrier ops, and others as the syndicate grows. No single person owns the org.
Leadership is elected from within the Council. The First Among Equals holds the chair not a throne. They lead by building consensus, negotiating between departments, and earning the trust of their fellow councillors. All major decisions go to a council vote. The First holds veto power, but wields it carefully.
Members advance by proving their worth in the field. Rank earns a seat at the table. A seat at the table earns a voice in how the syndicate runs.
Loot from shared operations is distributed fairly. No exceptions, no favourites.
We don’t demand loyalty. We earn it.
