Humble Beginnings

In 2033 The Lambda Corporation was formed by Sebastian Cain Sr with the simple premise of making a product to fertilize soil towards maintaining plant life in any unsuitable and hostile environment their first product was the project named Cec’ium-C137 fertilizer which was a big success and was bought by farms and other civilian business’s and was also purchased and used for military food growing operations this brought in a lot of capital and allowed the corporation to bankroll buy out and merge other companies and industries in different technological and scientific fields the first being a pharmaceuticals and medical equipment they then branched out into chemical productions when the bankrolled a company takeover of the Ravensfield laboratories which was a large chain producer of medical compounds and scientific chemicals who also had a technological research branch and took center stage as one of the lead producers of everything medical and technological within the industrys at their time for many years to come.

2546 The Birth The UEE The Problems Begin

With the rise and founding of the UEE in 2546 bared problems for the risen corporation when after the conclusion of the First Human-Tevarin War, which saw the ascension of Ivar Messer to the position of Prime Citizen and restructure of the United Planets of Earth into the UEE, appointing himself Imperator and because the Messer Dynasty, which wielded supreme executive and military power over the government caused a lot of issues for The Lambda Corporation a lot of their technological and pharmaceutical research which was produced was taken by the Messer Dynasty and put to use for his efforts with little to no reward for the powerhouse corporation.

But luck was was on the company’s side as eventually, the dynasty was overthrown in the Revolution of 2792, restoring democracy to the nation and reforming the government which rumors believe the current C.E.O and the son of Sebastian Cain Sr one Mr Issac Cain Jr and the board of the directors at the that time had a secret hand in funding and supporting the revolutionaries that had seen to the Messer Dynasty’s fall which for some time brought the company peace propewstery and earnings but that didn’t last as the two of the three major party factions who held power within the UEE congress wished to see the multi-galactic conglomerate investigated but yet again luck was on their side as where both the Universal Party and the Centralist Party which wished to see them investigated the third and final party the Transitionalist Party which was formed around promoting a progressive human agenda. Most of their rhetoric is aimed towards “the future.” sided for and praised the The Lambda Corporation for their progression of human technology and advancements in the medical field which due to the backing of a lot of the civilians of the UEE the case was thrown out and they company returned to normal business.

Very Turbulent Times

As company’s power increased, the founding circle began warring amongst themselves. Dr. Marcus Ford one of the board of directors was the first victim killed in an staged laboratory accident believed to be masterminded by the other company’s board of directors one by one they was killed which caused the current C.E.O Jacob Cain to disappeared from public life believed dead his son Alfon Cain arose higher within the administrative role of the company and later took over for the acting C.E.O Arkhalos Neilson’s position as leader of the company who had a son called Killian Cain who when he came of age masterminded and staged a riot by government radical’s had his father assassinated by these revolutionaries and took control of the company over the years he ruled the company with an iron fist wanting only perfection turning the company well oiled machine with a cult like reverence for the original founder Sebastian Cain Sr as the years further progressed Killian Cain heired a son Ekhart Cain and on his deathbed Killian Cain gave control of the company too his son who took the company and expanded it more opening up more of the company’s properties on other planets within major city skylines during this he had a wife and two kids a son and a daughter Alexia Cain and Ramsey Cain he left them behind when he was went on an expedition to the Oretani system through a wormhole and never returned

Looking To The Future The Future Is Science

After their mother died the dynamic brother and sister duo Alexia Cain and Ramsey Cain took The Lambda Corporation further into the forefront of the future which caused them too but butt heads with another large up and coming company The Ashan Technological Company which dealt with producing scientific equipment research after a long PR and media campaign which involved a lot of corporate deviance and underhanded tactics on the The Ashan Technological Company side of this caused their company seeing its a losing battle and also with a lot of rumors spreading around though unknown means and open word of mouth testimonies from ex employees that their corporation was secretly selling prototype military technology and biological weapons secretly too criminal’s and believed also top ranking UEE Military officials caused a great deal of their company’s members to resigning from their posts and took jobs with The Lambda Corporation and after a lot of political maneuvering and pulls with the UEE once The Ashan Technological company declared they went bankrupt The Lambda Corporation swooped in with an offer which was accepted and took control of their company merging it their current holdings after that Ramsey Cain left to the the wormhole closed too look for a way to bring his dad Killian Cain back from the Oretani system and died of old age and his sister Alexia Cain Married a wealthy banker and had a son Joseph Cain who when his mother and father died took control of the company and still runs it today.
