Legio VI Ferrata / LEGIOVI

Intent :

Legio VI Ferrata’s current intent is to train in basic flight and basic combat. The organisation has also seen fit to screen personnel for possible expansion.

Habits :

Currently Legio VI Ferrata has remained inactive in any conflicts or political matters. There has been reports of ships being acquired and personnel being trained. Threat level is low.

Morale :

Currently morale has been low due to inactivity. Members appear to be bored and unorganized.

Charter under amendment due to lack of activity. Basic UEE laws shall be adhered to until further notice.

Charter policies to be discussed;

Exploration
-All members have a right to explore when available
-All members have a right to protection when available
-All members are to be provided previous agreed upon funding when available
-All members are to be provided appropriate equipment when available

Piracy
-All members that undertake piracy are not punishable under this charter
-All members that partake in piracy are held accountable for their actions under UEE law
-Legio VI Ferrata and it’s members are not obligated to aid members taking part in piracy

Rules of Engagement
-All members have right to bear arms
-All members have the right to protect themselves and other members from bodily harm and or death
-All members have the right to protecting their equipment by any means necessary

Acts of War
-Members shall not actively pursuit other organizations in actions leading to war
-Members who are threatened with war are encouraged to de-escalate the situation in hopes to resolve matters peacefully
-If members are threatened with war and all other options are exhausted, then war time law will be enforced

War Time Law
-All members will actively seek out and recce members of the opposing force
-Members are obligated to report all findings to higher command
-Members are encouraged to destroy opposing force when advantageous
-Members are to collect information, assets, and equipment to further the progression to ending the conflict.

Members are encouraged to bring forward ideas for policies or influence change to existing policies.
